Deleting e-mails
Hello, my colleague set up her POP account on Mac Book. Her computer downloaded e-mails on hard drive and deleted e-mails from her Zoho mail client, but her usage quota is still full (5GB). Now she cannot see any old (downloaded) e-mail on Zoho client, but storage is still full. Can I (admin) somehow access and delete some space on her Zoho client? Or can she somehow see those e-mails and free some space on Zoho.? Thank you in advance. Regards, Vojislav

Undelivered mail when setting up on iphone
Hi, I've been trying to set up my two zoho mail accounts on my phone but am having the following Undelivered error message:- INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :553, ERROR_CODE :Relaying disallowed It was previously working but I was unable to send emails from my phone, so I tried to re-set up and now am worried I wont be able to receive anything from external accounts on desktop or phone. I have about 40 clients on Zoho. Today I emailed one of them and got this error. I looked it up and found it has to do with too large an attachment. I sent no attachment. So I'm guessing this may have to do with her mailbox full or someone else sent too large an attachment and now everyone's email is blocked. Can you please look into this? Domain name and phone number locked and Unverified
Hi, I tried to sign up for a new account using the following phone number 08037909271, for domain name: farmhubb.com. However, I couldn't complete the sign up successfully and hence could not verify the account or the domain. When I try to login using the phone number I get the message that it is invalid, and the domain name is also already associated with that account hence I can not even sign up for the domain name again. Please help me release the domain name and the phone number. Thank you.

So I created a public group in ZOHO for people to email general questions for my blog. It was similar to questions@mydomain.com. I sent an email to it via my gmail account and I can't find the email. My original zoho email that I got for my domain works fine, it's just the group email address that isn't working. What's up?

Hi, My main domain is weeserv.com. I created mx record for following instruction refered here. MX Records created successfully. Emails can send/Receive. But till now i can`t receive godaddy server mails only. I receive other emails. Please help me give your reference. Since i have contact us page, when i try to send an email with the help of zoho smtp credentials, got the respective error. Note : Same code, when try to send email. it working perfect. After hosting into the godaddy pump the errors.

Issue with changing display name
My Zoho mail recently started displaying my email with a number i.d. as opposed to my email address. Now, recipients show something similar to this "54172653176@zoho.com" in their inbox. When I go into settings>send mail as, it shows "loading" and then never gives me an option to change. Any help?

pop access blocked due to excessive usage
For the past several days I've been finding that pop access is blocked due to "excessive usage". I can unblock it manually in the settings under "Email forwarding and POP/IMAP," but this is obviously tedious; an hour or so later the access is blocked again. What are the specific usage limits that I can keep to in order to avoid this problem?

The sender is not verified message showing on mails sent using zoho mail
I'm getting the message "Gmail couldnt verify that the sender *****.com actually sent this message but I have all of the ZPF and DKMI settings configured. I have also checked for multiple ZPF records which could cause the error but I only have one. What could be causing this?

I’ve have suffering this error when accessing Zoho Mail through Web browsers. The page keep loading without any responding? I can’t get access to my mail box. Please check this error. Email forwards are bouncing back
Hello! I set up an email address (not the one connected to the Zoho client-let's call it Email 1) to forward to an email connected to the Zoho client (Email 2). It was working for a while but apparently in the past few months it has stopped working. The emails from Email 1 do not forward to Email 2- instead the Email 1 client receives the following message: "SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: mx.zoho.com (204.141.32.121) reason: 541 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain"
