Incoming email blocked
Hello there, About two days ago one of the accounts related to de domain "ventasbpo.com" was unable to receive emails, in the control panel it says "incoming mail disabled", also not able to remove this block. I have read about the terms of service, it says accounts get blocked for sending too much email messages, found on forums some people having accounts blocked for receiving too much email, which i find nonsense... but in both cases, the account in mention didn't violated both of these spific
Creating second user
Hello, I have set up an email account to link to a wordpress account, which is working fine. However, I have tried to create both an alias for this account, and a second user to forward on to this account, and neither of them will work. Where am I going wrong? thanks Ben

I am setting up an email, but when I try to add the domain, I get the following message: This operation has been restricted. Please contact ...... for further details. I already sent the email but I did not get an answer. What would be the problem, any suggestions? I've done this setup again for other domains and nothing has ever gone wrong.

Hello, Our email server can't send emails to Zoho Mail. The error says "552 5.1.1 Mailbox delivery failure policy error". We've never had this issue with other email hosting companies. Can you please advise how to fix it? Thanks.

Hello, I am trying to set up my Zoho email service with Jira. It works fine for most things, but when I send an invite to someone, I get this error: Caused by: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 553 Relaying disallowed I put up a ticket on the Atlassian forums and the service there told me this was a Zoho related issue, and it seems that it is because it works fine with Gmail. Thank you for any help.

Hi, I created some time ago the email: hello@explainervideos.tv It was connected to my hosting provider: GoDaddy and it was working just fine. Now I move the hosting to SiteGround and I'm using the same MX records. I tried everything I can find to set the SPF and DKIM the way the instructions say. However at this point GoDaddy says that ZOHO is in charge of my DNS settings and they can not be changed on GoDaddy. I can not find any way to change any of these settings on ZOHO. My sent mail is going in users spam folder. Please Help

Anyone else cannot access their zoho mailbox on a desktop computer?
It is impossible to access my mailbox this evening. After I log in and click onto the mail icon the target page (https://mail.zoho.com) won't load. It works on a mobile phone but not on a desktop. Any ideas, anyone?

Hi guys, I am trying to help my client with their email configuration on Zoho Mail platform. We can't seem to get it right. MX records in Control Panel keep coming back to us as incorrect even though all web tools say they are exactly as they should be (we tried both mx.zoho.com and mx.zoho.eu as not sure which one we should use). I create zoho mail account using gmail account. after that I change my login ID, and now I can't login again because my login ID is that mail in the zoho. and when I ask forgot password I did not get the email. my gmail account before I changed it is aar@inzpiretechnology.com and now my account ID has change to admin@astindohub.co.id repeatedly ask forgot password. I have 3 IMAP accounts and a couple of POP3s set up in Outlook 2013, and for the last week I've been receiving frequent messages saying: "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time." It has been fine for the last 9 months or so. Any ideas?
