Unable to Verify Account
Hi I have recently register the domain www.wonwikholdings.com. But every time it said the verification code is wrong. See the below image. I have did a resend, checked with two other mobile phone numbers. But no luck. And I have send the Zoho Support an email. But no reply from two days now. Is that possible to bypass the verification code step by manually verify the mobile phone number? I can send the received verification code through an email. Now I have stuck for more than 5 days. Please assist

Not receiving mails on my Zohomail account
My website is made on WordPress and I use the Contact Form 7 plugin to create the contact form on the contact page. Whenever someone sends an inquiry the form submits successfully but I do not receive any emails, I have done all the necessary setting, Everything looks good from my Zohomail account, I installed Easy Wp SMTP , This is the error msg i keep on getting SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting Is there any setting that i am missing?

How do I remove a contact from my zoho mail
I have a person that I do not know but I did give her my zoho email address. Now she is sending me information to promote her business 3 times a day. I'm not really sure if she is on my contact list. When I go click "contacts" I get stuff from my yahoo account and it's very confusing. I just want to block her. Can you please tell me how?

Hello, Since Saturday morning I am unable to send email from my account. Whenever I try to send a mail, it pops up the message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked.". I informed my organisation administrator about it. He went ahead and unblocked my account and also reset the password. Yet I am still unable to send mails. Hacked-My other email mail box has been disabaled and now I cant access it
I have and info@ and simon@cheshirecelebrations.co.uk email address, I received an email saying that I had exceeded my mail box limit and that I should login in and manage the space or buy more allocation. When I logged into simon@ and deleted a few emails, I was then asked to log out and re login, when I did this I couldn't re login using the my original password, zoho email seems to have blocked me so can you please advise why i cant log into my account

Hey guys, Hope you're great around there :) I believe I've got the same issue (error) but let me explaining you what happened. A few weeks ago I created a Zoho account with the email "srandrediaz@gmail.com" associated to the domain "nelsondias.net". Today, I deleted this account and created a new one with my present email, "nelsondiasdmkt@gmail.com", which was also associated to the domain "nelsondias.net". Neverthless, I wasn´t able to validate the domain (guess it's stuck to the previous one).

I've downloaded the Zoho Exchange Migration Wizard and would like to import my emails from a pst file. When I select pst and next, I'm prompted for a Login email and password. Nothing I enter is recognized: "No Such User. Try Again." I've tried logging in with the super admin account and others, but nothing works. If I click on Settings, I see a number of fields.
