Hello, I have been trying to sign into our main Zoho mail account, info@theaoks.gq, and for some reason the system is telling me it is disabled. I was able to login earlier today. Upon further investigation, I discovered that some others in our organization had their accounts disabled too: adaeze.ibeanu@theaoks.gq bel.orinda@theaoks.gq matthew.atisa@theaoks.gq mongina.omundi@theaoks.gq I sent an email to zoho mail support on Tuesday and still have not received an answer! Hi, Everything seems to be pointing to the right spot and is configured. I keep getting Your message wasn't delivered to info@laughthedaysaway.com because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again. That is the right spelling and it should be all ok. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, Is it possible for someone to view the attached screenshot of my names.co.uk DNS settings screen and have someone at Zoho verify that it is all correct? Disable auto-correct function.
Guys, is there a way to disable the auto-correction feature? It's really a pain. I write in spanish and I get corrections like: envíos for envois automático for automatic And it is annoyingly insistent in making the change. If I backspace, correct and space again, it would still insist in changing the word. If it can't be turned off by the user, I'd suggest you just disable it in general. Seriously, it bothers more than it helps whatever the language. Even when I need to write in English.

Zoho mail on iphone
I have been using Zoho mail on the Iphone mail app, setup as an imap account. I would like the app to give me a notification, when I recieve an e-mail. But right know, the e-mails does not show up in the iphone mail app, unless I do a manual update. I dont have this problem with imap accounts from eg. gmail.

Not able to access the admin mail
For the domain neetfortn.in the parent or admin email id is webadmin@neetfortn.in. Using this we created one user id address by name contentteam@neetfortn.in. We are able to access contentteam@neetfortn.in but not the main email id webadmin@neetfortn.in. I understand the controlpanel has to be accessed from this id but am not able to access the same. DNS settings reset for domain
Dear ZOHO: I have been forced to transfer my domain registration agent because the old one is closing down. My e-mail for this domain is hosted on ZOHO, but since the transfer I've been having all sorts of problems sending and receiving. Hi, Zoho is great, thank you! Why doesn't zoho offer "multi-recipient addresses"? You know, where you sent up addresses that are "forward only" and typically are forwarded to multiple addresses. In my experience, most email providers offer multi-recipient addresses. Thanks, Bruce

I was trying to log in on my main account and I have too many sessons open so I'm frozen out.
I usually get a warning, and close a bunch of sessions, but due to some frequent power failures, I didn't get that option, now I'm stuck. I can't log in. I don't know if the problem is mail or doc's or both. The account I'm locked out of is not this one. I won't divulge it until you need me to. Does anyone know what to do?

I have just set up my account with one individual email and several group emails of which I am the only member at this time. My individual email is working but my group emails are not receiving emails. These emails were not previously set up with another service - I just established these on zoho for the first time today.
