Email not being delivered to iPhone 7
I have a MacBook Pro running the Mail program which delivers my Zoho emails fine -- however it does not push the same emails to the Mail program on the iPhone 7. Any configuration settings I'm missing?

Emails deleted on iPhone reappearing with Active Sync
Hi, I have been looking at this for a couple of hours now and cannot seem to resolve. Basically I have two accounts setup on my personal domain, one for me and one for the wife. I have setup both accounts on our iPhones as exchange mailboxes and mine seems to be working fine, but on my wife's it is not possible to delete mail on the phone, it just reappears. If I delete the mail from the web access then it will disappear from the phone, just not when done the other way. Can anyone explain why changes

E-mail sync using Outlook and Zoho online
I use Outlook. If I send an e-mail in Outlook, I don't see the copy on Zoho (online). But, if I send an e-mail using Zoho (online) I see the copy in Outlook. Something is wrong with the configuration, but I'm not sure what. Can someone help?

Hello, I have assigned my domain to bluehost, but I can only send emails but not receiving emails. I get a bounced back message. Email Account Disabled Again!
This happened a week ago, I stopped receiving email and realized a few days later my account at rene@renemichaels.com was disabled in the zoho mail settings. I clicked on "disabled" and was able to enable it. But today it happened again but this time if I try to enable it, nothing happens and it is still disabled.

We are using zoho mail. But recently we replied aol mail box, it is blocked by the same reason. ResponseCode 421, , 4.7.1 : (DYN:T1) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/421dynt1.html We checked aol reason: 421 DYN:T1 The IP address you are sending from has been temporarily rate limited due to lack of whitelisting, unexpected changes in volume, or poor IP reputation. Then we also tried to us Gmail, Yahoo and hotmail to send emails to aol mail box, they are okay. Please help to check it. Thanks.

Hi, I have exactly the same question as https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/how-to-verify-i-own-the-domain-when-using-wordpress-com-and-namecheap , but the answer in this one seems to be out-of-date. At lease the video in the answer was no longer available. So I also use namecheap with wordpress and am now trying to setup zoho. But since using wordpress with namecheap requires me to use "custom DNS" which doesn't allow me to change things in the "Advanced DNS". So I'm really lost now.
