Having a problem with photo insert
I'm able to insert the photo into the body of an email okay. But when I sent the message, order of the photos were changed and/or removed. Why? Haven't had this problem before. Also occurred if I used my email desktop client.

Emails sent to group email not working
According to the videos I've seen, it's my understanding that inbound emails sent to the email address associated to the Stream Group Email Address, will show in that groups stream. I do not see any ability to associate/link an email address to a Stream group. I'd love this feature but don't understand how to make it happen. Can you clarify how this works?

Unable to connect to incoming mail server (POP3)
We have been using Zoho for over a year with Zoho Mail configured to pull messages from our mail server via Pop3. This functionality has broken in the past 24 hours, with Zoho unable to connect to our mail server. Nothing has changed as far as our mail server settings. It appears as this issue is only an issue on one of our company's domains.

Hi! We use Zoho at our work and I have several sales reps using the CRM. At some point last night, all the users that have Zoho Mail setup with a specific domain lost the ability to connect via POP 3 to the mail server. Nothing has changed on the email server itself, and it is not just one user experiencing the problem. Error message says Zoho was unable to connect to the incoming server.

WWW domain configured incorrectly I booked my domain shoutindialoud.in with free zoho domains. I don't found any link where i can manage my DNS or nameserver. Search Function Not Working Properly
When I start a search in my emails, regardless of the folder, Zoho is not showing me all my results. E.g if I search Rosy, emails to or from Rosy before a certain date don't appear. I have no archived emails and I am conducting the search properly.
