Postbox IN = suddenly the waste box
Hello all, I did not receive mail for a longer item (2 weeks) . I thought it was a strange situation. So by accident I found the the incoming mail was placed in the Waste box. Have been told that email sent to me have bounced. Trouble Connecting Outbound Website Email to SMTP
Zoho Support, I’m having all kinds of trouble trying to setup smtp email via my website. I’ve tried several different plugins, all give me an authentication error - as you can see from the log below. I’ve ensured that email routing is set to ‘remote mail exchanger’ in cPanel. I’ve verified I’m using the correct MX records, that my domain is verified and that I’m using the correct credentials. I’ve also tried SSL vs. TLS, both give me the same response. I’ve also checked with my host and the ports

Sender score - insufficient mail????
Hello all, I'm not necessarily an expert but I wanted to know the sender score of the ip I am sending email through with zoho. So I pinged smtp.zoho.com, got this ip and put it in to senderscore, this is what I got back: Why is this - surely there must be enough mail sent for the ip to have a score? The address pretty much sums it up. Opening another Contact for the same person is just doesn't do the trick. A second address also does not let you see the mailings below. What do you think?
Too much spam in inbox
For the past week or two, my inbox has been filled with spam. The spam filters still pick up some of it, but I've been having to manually delete way too many spam emails from my inbox. I haven't signed up for any websites that would result in this, and I was just wondering if there was anything that could be done to stop this? I've never had any problems with this before, until a couple weeks ago. Thanks in advance!
Mail format after migration is incorrect
After migrating the mails over from Gsuite to Zoho, the migrated mails do not appear in a correct format in MS Outlook (Mac). All subject titles become '<no subject>' and the mail content shows the code as well as the message.

Troubles with configurating Mails after domain verification and MX records configuration
Hi, I have tried to contact by phone several times this morning with no answer. This morning we had verified our domain and configured the MX records correctly. The problem began when configurating the old mail accounts we were no able to asign a domain based mail account as the defaut accont of the users (instead the @zoho.com mails) Please we need somebody to contact us very badly. We are having serius issues with the emails. Regards

Hi I've recently changed my website name, and am trying to create a new email to match in Zoho - I've linked the domain, and now when I try to 'add user' so I can create the new email address it keeps saying 'user already exists for this org' and I've upgraded to 2 users and still that doesn't work - any ideas? Greetings, I am trying to set up osTicket for mail integration with zoho mail. I have an e-mail set up for each of my three departments. Through a little trial and error, I got two of them set up correctly. However when I enter my credentials in osTicket, it comes back with "code: 535, response: Authentication failed: No such account." I have checked and I did set up the account in zoho. Also when I deliberately enter a wrong password, I get "Invalid credentials" which definitely indicates the account

So, my Magento site is a multivendor marketplace. I allow vendors to invite sub-vendors through a customized module, where they enter emails and a short text. The template is a site template that auto-inserts their short text into the template when sent. The email shows as sent by the vendor's email. However, after switching to Zoho, the emails are no longer sent and I get ERR (3): exception 'Zend_Mail_Protocol_Exception' with message 'Relaying disallowed as Username <xxxxx@email.domain> ' in /var/www/mydomain.net/lib/Zend/Mail/Protocol/Abstract.php:431
Sent messages in Outlook 2016 are not synchronising and being saved in sent folder...
I am having serious issue getting Zoho Mail to synch with sent folder in outlook 2016. Basically I can not see messages being saved in sent folder despite clicking "save messages to sent folder" in preferences.. Its very frustrating and makes me want to drop Zoho and use something else that synchs with outlook 2016. Thanks Ed

Spar mail - exchange connection
For my mail client on my IOS devices I use Spark mail. It's a superb mail client for all my mails except for zoho. When I'd like to connect him via exchange connector I've got an Error; Your email server is running an outdated version of Exchange that is not compatible with Spark. Please contact your network administrator to upgrade. Do you have some solution in the future for that error? Thanks

Hello, I use mailbird and gmail app for zoho email under own domain. There is permanent problem with incoming and outgoing connection. In the phone (android) account is not sync and when validate setting, I will get message Couldn't finish Can't connect to server. (Your account is temporality blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connection allowed. Kindly try after some time.). I have tried after hours, days. I have setup server imap.zoho.com

I see the mention "désabonné" (unsubscribed) next to my mail address in incoming mail. What does it mean ? I would like not to be unsubscribed from this type of emails. Thanks

Hello, One of my users exceeded their mailbox size so I was going through and erasing old emails. I accidentally clicked empty inbox and everything is gone. I checked Trash and it's empty too. Are we able to recover everything from let's say Jan 1, 2016 and newer? Thank you!
