server error at phone verification step
Hi, I tried to create a new account for a client. Domain is www.aloja.ca. At the phone verification step, I got a server error after inputting the code. Tried again multiple times with no luck. I tried starting over, but it's saying the domain is already associated with an account. I tried logging in to the account using the email (info@aloja.ca) and password I chose, but it says the account is invalid. So I'm stuck. How can I start over or pick up where I left off to finish creating this account

Search for email across all accounts
Hi I just signed up for an account. As admin in my current email server I can access all company emails and can search for emails if someone is away on holiday or find an email and forward it to several people. We also have an account that shows every email into and out of the organisation so we can search for emails that way too. What sort of similar functionality can I get using your system? Amazon work mail lets the admin search for emails this way so I am wondering why yours does not appear to.

Mail chimp verification emails not arriving
Mail chimp says Zoho keeps bouncing the emails back. I receive emails elsewhere. Mailchimp also suggests I change the chameleon to theirs, but will that stop Zoho from working?
Organization Contacts not populating
Hello, I am evaluating Zoho Mail for my business. I am having trouble with organization contacts. I currently have 3 users with email addresses using my domain, including myself. However, none of these 3 users show in the organization contacts. Are the Organization contacts meant the like a "Corporate Directory"? How do I add users? I thought it was to be automatic. READ EMAIL ** WAIT 3 SECONDS BEFORE MARKING AS READ * LEAVE UNREAD
When i read and email form the ZOHO mail, it instantly marks this as READ. How do i change the function to wait 3 seconds before marking as READ? Sometimes, i simply click on an email to quickly view and then pass on and i want it to stay UNREAD. At this moment, it marks it as READ and i must click to make it UNREAD again. This is annoying. [SOLVED] Print Mail Option Not Visible
When reading mail, either in the split screen or in pop out view, the More Options menu (3 vertical dots) does not show me a print option. Where is it please? Thank you. Never mind, I found it. It's not under the 3 dot icon, it's under the drop down carat.
Spam is out of control
For months, I have been receiving an abundance of spam in my inbox. Every day, I will get between 20-40 new spam emails, some of them from the same source. I am constantly moving the emails to spam, but it doesn't seem to help. Why do items that I have marked as spam still enter my inbox? I have added hundreds of domains to a blacklist, but nothing seems to work. How can I get the spam to stop flowing into my Zoho inbox?

After recommended SPF record update, cannot send e-mail
Hello, I recently logged into our administrator account and was notified we needed to update SPF records for our domain in order to ensure emails were delivered. I called and GoDaddy talked me through adding the TXT record you recommended. The GoDaddy representative did not recommend deleting the TXT files that were there, as he said they were related to GoDaddy's servers. DKIM key is not verifired
Hi, I followed the instruction couple of times in my namecheap acoount but I cant seems to find the problem which cause the non-verifaction.I've checked the key though the third party and the key is validate. I also tried with and without my domain name and with and without "v=DKIM1" at the first line but it still not verified. How can I fix this? Thanks, Uri

Before creating mail in zoho, I used godaddy web mail for anprise.com domain. I have got a referral from my friend's organization to riyas@anprise.com. So I accept the invitation from that mail id and configured anprise.com in zoho. But I couldn't create riyas@anprise.com now. It shows already exist. But this mail id not in user list.
