Trusted emails going into Spam, 3rd Request!
I inquired about this twice in the last 24 days but have not yet had a response. Please advise. Within the last two months emails from trusted sources have been incorrectly going into my spam folder despite being in my email whitelist. The senders are using zoho accounts, and are sending around 2 emails a week or less from within the same network. This has not been a problem until recently, and now we are having to check both inbox and spam for important emails. Eli

Can anyone help resolve this issue? I have already sent emails to Zoho and they have not replied(2 emails sent within last week). Great customer service heh... Not Receiving Emails
I'm not receiving emails into my new email box. I just set it up. I tried everything.

I know people are sending them. In fact I've sent a few myself but ZOHO mail and ZOHO CRM are not getting them. Outbound mail seems fine. We did recent move the site to a new host, but the DNS and Host records are stored at the registrar not the hosting company. We did update the ns records to the new provider. I'm not sure what to do. Any help appreciated. Kerry

Problem with SPF
Hello, I'm having problems with the SPF. When I try to send an email to my zoho account. It says: it is currently not allowed to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop / imap server in the last 30 minutes or you do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client. I Buy the domain in one site, but the hosting is in another, anyway I added the SPF configuration in both (like the MX and DKIM). Error still appears. Is there something I've done wrong?

All my office unable to send messages with 10MB in attach from outlook it`s just stuck in outbox folder and dosen`t move to sent items. We are using different versions of outlook. Also some of our employers works outside. So this problem is not connected with outlook version or internet problem. What can be solution for that? PS from web Letters goes properly.

Delete the dns from zoho in the domain to see if it lets me create a new gutter but nothing.
Unable to verify domain
I am working with HOA-Sites and have the correct ZB# (host) and value (Target) and CNAME selected. Have even tried the TXT approach and both are propagated at our host, HOA-Sites. However, I continue to have issues with validation. We have checked the domain as well and everything looks as it appears it should. TTL is set to 5 minutes and we are already well over 2 hours with CNAME and 30 minutes for TXT. Any other ideas?
