Sender Address Blocked error message
I understand there is a limit on outgoing mail in regards to number of recipients / bounced emails / total MB / total unmber of emails etc I have a script sending emails to a list of 5 email addresses (same addresses each time) and my account got blocked 5 mins after starting to use it. If I send each email to 5 recipients - that does count as 5 emails in the daily cap for number of daily outgoing mails allowed? Is it possible to increase that daily limit? (as 120 emails / day won't be enough for

SPF Config Error?
I am getting this error message while trying to get things set up: Zoho Mail SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho. Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. My domain is hosted by OpenSRS and I have input the host name and txt value as seen below: Any suggestions on what's going on here? It's very simple, so I'm not seeing what's wrong.

Hi, I wrote 2 mails to the support but none answered. I swicthed from my custom mail server to the Zoho but i am greatly disappointed now. Zoho blocked my account without notifying me and without any reason. And this address is being used to send notification emails to the people who register. I have justed opened the registration system and now 50 people are waiting to get their account. Many disappointed and angry users who are not able register. I just opened my registration to the site i guess

I am not able to receive any mail from any of the mail providers other than Zoho, like Gmail, Yahoo etc. I have tried signing in and out of my account multiple times but nothing helped. How can I merge two folders together?
After migrated my mailbox from my previous provider to Zoho, All the email that were in my "Inbox" folder are now in a new folder called "Imported_inbox". How can I merge these two folder together without having to manually move them in 200 message per patch?

DNS Mail settings / SPF configuration Help Needed
Hello, we set up the SPFsetting on 1/12/2016, and the DKIM just now. We are setting up snapltics.com a Squarespace on steriods with incredible AB split testing for the modern one page website. 1) Can someone verify the SPF record and DKIM was setup properly (Assuming we pasted DKIM Value correctly) We send mail from our servers @ *.190 via Postfix, and use ZOHO Newsletter service and for POP3 incoming mail and some outgoing via webmail at zoho. 2) Does this "!" yellow button disappear on its own?

Not able to get email with iOS
all of our iOS devices are not able to receive emails. Web browser works, IMAP clients work, no msync.

Hi there I am connected OK to Zoho from my iPhone, but it is not receiving the emails that I can see when I look in my Inbox from my browser. In other words, nothing is being pushed to my phone. This also happened on Wed or Thu when, after several hours I received a whole load of emails in one go. Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do about it? FYI I reset the application specific password, but that didn't make any difference. Thanks
Sending email through gmail
I am trying to set up "Send mail as" on my gmail account so that I can send mail from gmail as if I'm sending it from Zoho. I got the SMTP information from zoho and put in into gmail along with my user name and password and it will not recognize the user name and password. I tried it multiple times and it will not work. An ideas?
How do I adjust width of "From" column in compact view?
I need to extend the width of the "From" column in Compact view. It keeps truncating all of the from names/addresses and there is a ton of extra whitespace after the subject. Thanks!
