Hi there, my outgoing emails are blocked. can you please advice which part of zoho's email usage policy I have actually infringed? I've tried using the troubleshooting tool in control panel to unlock it, but it says to contact support. I've emailed support on Friday (for an account), and earlier today (for another account), but I have not heard back yet. Before I go on to subscribing to a paid service from you guys, I need to understand usage conditions under the free service first. Thank you.

Emails won't open - stuck on "loading...."
I click on an email to open it and I just see the loading.... message. This seems to affect (some but not all) older emails. I am using webmail https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do?Requested_Domain=xxxxx What can I do to retreive these please?

Constant warnings about unconfigured SPF
For the last few weeks we have been getting regular errors and warnings about SPF entries not configured to match Zoho for our onny.io addresses. This has been causing all sorts of problems, even preventing us from emailing our other employees on their onny.io addresses. Can I set up my email as Exchange email accounts?
I am thinking of bringing over basically everything to ZOHO, starting with mail first. Currently my 3 domain email accounts remain as regular IMAP accounts. i would like them a bit more secure and synced as Exchange accounts and letting ZOHO do my hosting as well. My question is - once I sign up my domain within your mail program, is there an option to them convert my accounts from IMAP to Exchange accounts? Or should I set them up at Microsoft.com first as Exchange accounts. I am confused here -

Please get on top of this. No good deed goes unpunished. I simply reported (forwarded) a series of phishing scam emails to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and I'm the one that gets flagged for abuse. If everyone would take the time to report these scams to the FTC the internet would be a better place.

Viewing / Accessing multiple email accounts of my domain name through the same interface.
On the mobile phone app (android) I was able to add all my email accounts supported via zoho*. As such I am able to access all my email accounts with zoho via one interface. I was wondering if this was possible using my laptop/ desktop or through a normal session on my web browser. *the email accounts I refer to are all @"mydomainname" and hosted via Zoho. Thanks

Not receiving email
Since 1/30/17, I do not receive emails anymore. I have gone from 10-20 emails per day to 1 email in a couple of days (not sure why those still arrive). I have asked friends to send me test emails, they don't arrive. I don't get email confirmations from Amazon etc. anymore. Is there anything I can do? Best, Beiyou

Deleted emails keep coming back
In the last few days, the deleted emails kept coming back to inbox. I have tried deleting those emails in web portal and IMAP connected Android device, and then cleaned the trash. But they kept showing back up in the inbox. It's very annoying, and my inbox is getting clustered. Please fix it and/or let me know of a workaround. Thanks!
