This is beyond a joke for the second time today my account has been blocked AGAIN! I am trying to just send emails to customers and other businesses I work with and you KEEP BLOCKING MY EMAIL Please can you unblock my email and LEAVE IT UNBLOCKED items I believe I am sending are landing in my outbox and getting trapped there - This is such a waste of time and I am literally losing hundreds of dollars because of it. Please UNBLOCK AND CHANGE MY SETTINGS TO STOP IT FROM BEING BLOCKED EVERY 5 MINUTES

Can't send emails on IPhone
I've followed correctly all the Zoho instructions about Iphone setup, but I can't send any email using Iphone. I receive emails normally, but can't send them. In my computer, using Outlook, I send and receive normally. Does someone have any clue about what's the trouble? Maybe an alternative setup? Additional info: I have 2 mail accounts in my Iphone (Zoho and another).

Hello, I have wp-mail-smtp plug-in installed on a wordpress site that is hosted on godaddy. I configured the plugin to use port 465 with SSL authentication. For the authentication, the user name I provided is my email address on zoho. The password is the same password I use to log into the zoho email account via the zoho website. However, I get the following error when trying to send a test email: SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111) Any idea? Thank you in advance.

Browsers Not Retrieving New Mail
The last couple days or so, my browser no longer fetches new mail. The only way I can check for new mail is to refresh the browser. I normally use Firefox, but have the same problem with Chrome & Edge. I disabled Desktop Notifications, and then enabled them, still the same. The Zoho app retrieves new mail, as does my Blue mail app, but not the browsers on my desktop. I have rebooted, no help. What do you suggest?

DKIM & SPF problems in last 12 hours
Hi there I've got two users at least on yewneek.com receiving zoho-based errors through Outllook pop3 delivery and smtp. Errors refer to encryption. I addresed this, then orher errors appear in Outlook. I've logged into Zoho CPANEL and DOMAINHOST CPANEL and followed instructions PRECISELY for SPF and DKIM. VERIFY button does NOT work. Email delivery does NOT work. Troubleshooting/robust fault dianosis clearly points to ZOHO causing the problem where non existed before. Please rectify and advise.

Hi there Email for yewneek.com is down. Last 12 hours or so messages are appearing about encryption on Outlook (two user accounts) and CPANEL DKIM and SPF warnings. Clealy, after troubleshooting (robust fault diagnosis through DOMAIN HOST and ZOHO) the problem clearly lies with Zoho implementing something, or Zoho Radius server or mail servers being down. Missing mail
Greetings- I recently saw an email and read it, but didn't act upon it. (It was something to do with my business.) I just went back to try and locate it and it isn't there; not only that, but no emails from either of the addresses I get mail from that company from are in my mailbox. They're not in Trash, Spam, and don't show up in a search. Has anyone else had issues recently with mail going missing? I wouldn't have noticed it except it was an offer I was interested in.

Dear Folks, One of our employee has done some inappropriate and unauthorized activities using his official company email ID. Once we came across we blocked his access by changing the login credentials. However there were so many emails, more than 800 that are deleted from his account in previous week. Office 365 and zoho email
My domain is hosted by 1&1. I have one office 365 business account which is configured to receive email (I only have one email account) in outlook. Now I am trying to add 2 more email accounts at the same domain but I want to configure and receive those emails on zoho without effecting my office 365. Essentially, to receive email one domain on two different providers. Is this possible if so please help me out.

New Bug: Send Button Regularly "Disappears" when composing Email
Hi, This only recently started happening, but now the bar in the UI with the Send button shrinks so nothing on it can be seen or accessed. This image shows the problem. Note, this can occur when using the Reply *and* when composing a New email. This is a major problem, so I look forward to it getting fixed. (Unfortunately, I do not yet have a recipe for making it happen, this is on Chrome.)

Yahoo blocking incoming Zoho mail
I tried to send an email to a few different accounts and Yahoo is not receiving anything. I checked the Spam folder and nothing there either.
