MX records for Zoho and other email provider?
Hi, My organization currently has a third-party email provider (i.e. Proofpoint) that we filter email through before it gets forwarded to our internal email system. We use this for about 10-15 email addresses. The DNS MX records are set up to point at this provider. We also have several more email addresses 10+ that we want to be hosted on Zoho and don't want to be funneled through the provider. Could this be accomplished by setting the Zoho MX DNS records with a higher priority than the MX records

I recently created a new account victoria.sangabriel@diveoztek.com.au and it worked well for a short period - but yesterday suddenly she cannot send mail without getting the following message: unable-to-send-message-reason-554-5-1-8-sender-address-blocked-5-1-2016 I can see no reason for this but looking at the forum it is not the first time it has happened - I logged a support request but no response as yet. Please can you urgently unblock this because she cannot work effectively if she can't send
zoho.com email alias for business account?
Is there a way with a business Zoho account to have a @zoho.com email alias associated with each account I set up under our domain so that I can choose to send an email to either one and have it delivered to my zoho account? i.e. myaccount@mydomain.com and an alias: myaccount.mydomain@zoho.com

not able to receive emails after change in hosting provider
i changed my hosting from godaddy to bluehost and after doing so have added the MX records in bluehost i am able to send emails but not able to receive emails what seems to be the issue. do i need to verify my domain again?
SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.
I'm on GoDaddy. I already deleted other spfs and entered the zoho TXT from the tutorial. I'm still unable to receive emails. And the tool checker still registers the deleted spfs. It's been a couple of hours. Is it really that slow? What should I do?

Windows PopTray utility can't preview messages from Zoho using POP3

Hello, I have just received a warning at zoho to add a new dns entry (v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all), so I did. Reading the article I learned that two txt records can give problems and I can see I have two as the picture shows. One of them is the spf record that I was told to add, but the other one is to verify at zoho ownership of the domain. Just had my sent mail disappear (with the exception of about six emails). At first I thought it was simply a problem in Outlook, but when I logged into my web mail account they weren't there either. There were 3 years of messages on there. I didn't actually delete anything accidentally - just gone. Hi, can't figure this out. I want our customer service to have access to our service email, that I have added to our account. I can access all our inboxes under admin, but how do I add a new user just to check a particular inbox. Not create a new inbox, but to check the one we have setup? Thank you

Cannot connect with IMAP nor SMTP
I had Zoho mail successfully running for a couple months via IMAP clients (Mac Mail and my iPhone) and then suddenly it stopped being able to connect to the server on both clients. I tried changing the password multiple times, i reset the password multiple times, and it simply wont connect. The error message is saying that the username and password are not correct, but I am still able to log in to the webmail so the password is correct. I have SSL enabled, I have ports 993 and 465 selected, username

I have started receiving bounce back messages saying that some of my sent emails to different recipients are delayed with fatal errors 'Wrong state!' Is there anything I can do about this to fix the problem?
