I can not receive emails

I cannot delete emails
When I try to delete emails, I get this message: "Error while deleting messages (No such primary key)" Also, When use Thunderbird for my account, I see no messages in any of the folders. Something must be broke somewhere.

Forwarding elsewhere for archiving purposes.
Is it currently permissible to forward all of my Zoho mail to a gmail account for archiving, and continue to use Zoho for normal mail access? (I did this a couple years ago and received a warning letter from Zoho.) This would let me keep all of my mail without using up my Zoho gigabytes.

having many issues
So I just started a shopify store and purchased a custom domain. I have begun the process of setting up my zoho mail but am having the following issues: a) cannot seem to setup SPF framework. I am using manage.opensrs.net The help files do not clearly explain how to set this up. Cannot receive email
I can receive email fine except I have email being forwarded from another domain which was working initially but delivery from this domain (austrianclubsydney.com) is now being refused by the Zoho servers even though I have added the domain to the whitelist and allowed recipients list.

Email randomly changes structure
When I'm typing an email, and press; delete, enter, or arrow keys, the structure of my email would just completely change. Words and sentences end up in the wrong place, sentences would be broken down to 5 lines instead of one. Is there any way to stop this bug ?? Thanks
Outgoing blocked - why??
Hi, My user account had outgoing mail blocked. The day before it was blocked I sent around 7 emails total. They mostly had attachments, and the total size of all attachments was around 5MB. (Previous days had fewer emails). I am using the free plan, which I believe is limited to 250 emails and up to 200MB sent per day. I have unblocked my account, but can someone please let me know why my account was blocked when I was nowhere near the limits? I want to make sure it does not become blocked again

When I was creating the account enter the code to send on my phone and gave me error If I try to create it again it tells me that the domain is already busy "This domain is already associated with this account "*****" that I log in, but when I try, it tells me that the mail does not exist.
Zoho Mail Authtokens
Hi. I reset my iPhone and downloaded the Zoho mail app. I tried to sign in and it had said that I had exceeded the number of times I could sign in and if I would like to clear my authtokens using safari. I finally found them on the desktop version and deleted everything that was listed under 'Auth Tokens'. It then worked when I signed into my app. Was that okay what I did? Was I supposed to do that or is there going to be a problem now? Thanks

Read receipts are sent by the wrong address
Hello, When you have multiple email addresses added, read receipts are still being sent from the primary email address. This is confusing for the recipient, and also wrong. Could you change this please, so that it's always the receiver address that sends out the receipt? Thank you!

I received notification when I logged in that I needed to setup a DKIM txt record with my domain. (I'm using SquareSpace.) I followed the instructions but when I try to verify the record, Zoho says the verification failed.
