Hi, After migrating to Zoho mail, I've found out the hard way that some of my mail is not getting through to me. Useless spam is but not actual mail from people trying to contact me. You guys really suck. I'm going to post a link warning people from this service. Seeing more spam
For a long time zoho mail was pretty good at trapping spam. In the recent weeks, it seems more spam is making it through whatever anti-spam measures are taken for zoho's mail servers. Zoho admins may want to look into this. Thanks.

I have an Account/Organisation with two users. I am able to receive email to both accounts but I am only able to send on one. Mail not in sync (webmail vs iOS ActiveSync vs macOS IMAP vs Android ActiveSync)
I read my mail on 4 places: - webmail - iPad ActiveSync - Android ActiveSync - Mac Mini IMAP Not all 4 places are in sync. For instance my inbox on Android is empty, but there is stille one mail on the other 3 places. Other example: Trash on my iPad has 10 messages on the other 3 places 8 messages. Waiting overnight does not resolve the issue, the before mentioned examples remain the same. Any solutions?

IMAP error with Outlook 2016
Hello, I just spent 30 minutes with a Microsoft technician on remote desktop who confirmed that all the server info was entered correctly. I get errors every time that IMAP has not been activated but it shows as enabled in my settings page. How can i resolve this issue please? Thank you, Alex

My POP access keeps being blocked (I am on a Premium account)
Hello, I keep getting my POP access blocked (see attached). The message is: Your POP access has been blocked due to excessive usage. Use this link to unblock your account. I click the link in the email which fixes the problem temporarily, but within 1 hour the problem is back! I don't know why this keeps happening - I cannot find answer online. I have attempted to setup email for ecomactive.com. Now a) we used an email address on the domain xxx@ecomactive.com and a phone number for verification. The check code arrived as a text and all was good, as we proceeded to setup, it would not. Now every time attempt to register it ask us to provide the mobile number, as we proceed it states that it can not find that number, although it gives us a hint to the last 2 digits on the phone??
