Can't update my account's non-Zoho email address
Years ago I set up a free Zoho mail account with a "Primary Mail ID" that no longer exists. Later I set up a free Zoho account for a non-profit organization using my only existing non-Zoho email address as "Primary". How to I get Zoho Mail to allow both of these Zoho accounts to be associated with my only non-Zoho email address? Is the only option to stop using Zoho and use another email service provider for one of these accounts? I could possibly upgrade my personal email account to a paid Zoho

Hi Barath, thanks for you answer. The problem is not "Mail Rate Exceeded Limit" , is the 554 5.1.8 Address of the sender blocked, we can send mails to certain recipients, but not others. If we do the procedure you tell us, we can not click because we do not get any links, the problem is different. I'm using magento 1.9.3 and smtp-pro as connection to zoho mail. At zoho mail i have 4 another email beside administrator. The question is, is it possible to send email from magento with another email? Since at magento smtp-pro i just setting administrator email as authentication. Is it possible? Delay in opening attachments
Hi, One of our users is having issues in opening attachments on their email account. The view option takes forever to load regardless of the document type, they keep seeing the loading screen. There is no issue with their internet connection nor is there a browser issue as we have confirmed via different browsers that the issue persists. It is the same on a mobile browser, any type of attachment takes forever to load in the view panel.

My alias isn't forwarding, why?
Hi folks! I'm using zoho and can't make progress on a problem I'm having with my alias. Currently I'm set up as mb@mydomain.com and I have an alias of info@mydomain.com. I have forwarding set, so that my messages go me at my Gmail address. My mb@mydomain.com messages do forward, but my info@mydomain.com messages don't forward. Hello; i can't verification my domain, i tried all 3 methods but can't success. I think there is some problem with spam management in mail
I will be receiving a lot of mails from zoho books support . All are moving to spam no matter how many times i mark them as not spam. That mail id is in whitelist yet i am receiving support mails in spam. Please check into it
