Zoho and booking.com problem
Hello past 2 weks i dont get any emails from booking.com to ma zoho mail, i write the problem and bookin send me this mesage. I dont understand what i must do now, so please help me. We were able to identify that the reason behind these email being bounced is because of a email protocol called DMARC, however we would kindly need you to double check this with your email provider. Our Partner Messaging team informed that this DMARC restriction is something that neither us nor you can work around, as

HI, I have a Zoho mail free account with a limitation to send 50 mails per user. My Qs is do i get to send more mails if I sign up for a paid account? As this limitation is leading to my account getting blocked! I get a mail saying that the account is bloacked because the number of emails sent were higher ( probably then the limit) After clicking on unblock link it starts working again. I would like this blocking to be automatically removed in my account the next day. Pls provide more info on the

Postfix emails flagged as SPAM by Google
Hi - trying to setup my centos server to send Zoho emails using Postfix. Everything is working correctly, except Gmail flags all the messages from my server (Postfix) as Spam. The SPF and DKIM records are set and verified. One thing I've noticed is that on Gmail, if I check the message headers, under authentication-results, it only lists the SPF and it's a pass. DKIM is not showing. Checking messages coming from a different server, it shows also DKIM as pass. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Outlook Exchange not sync well
Good morning, I've already post a thread but it not yet approved! My problem is that it's few days that my Outlook clinet doesn't sync emails. My Outlookk account use an Exchange sync with the msync.zoho.com (as your instructions) and untill next week all emails were regularly present in Outlook. Now it download just the last ones and not the older. The Contacts are syncronized regularly. What is the problem? Regards Max
Setting up is really painful
Hi guys I'm trying to set up my domain in zoho mail, firstly it simply wont let me and now it has blocked my IP address. It took me about 15 trys just to get past the signup screen because of ambiguous "error occurred" issue. Why are you making it so difficult for us to give you money? Obviously I will start with the free service and make sure it is good before signing up to a plan... Can anybody help me get my account started? I keep sending a code but don't get anything in my new created POP3 account. I was trying to go to enable through settings, but it still says: Email Address should be verified to enable sending from this account. Provide confirmation code in Send Mail as section or POP Accounts section to verify.

Sync.zoho.com seems not working well on Outlook
Hello, it's few days that on my Outlook client the sync with Zoho Mail doesn't work well, as it doesn't dowlonad ALL the emails, but just few. If I delete the account on my Outlook and then I create it again the sync is ok, but after few minutes all the email downloaded disappear and it start to sync agin but just the last ones.
