the zoho mail iPad app does not display any emails in any folders. Message you do not have any emails here.
Zoho mail was unavailable,e this morning. It seems to have come back and I can see all my emails using the web based system. This looks fine. However I mainly use the iPad zoho mail app and this just gives the message you do not have any emails here. This is for all folders, in, sent etc. Peter

Hi, Today I received this error in Outlook: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time. I'm using 2-3 devices to log in, and this hasn't been an issue for a couple other company accounts I've been setting up. Please assist me.

Hello, For a few months, I have had intermittent problems with syncing my Zoho Mail accounts with my Windows 10 Mail program. The program told me "your account settings are out of date" a few times in a row. After a few tries, it would eventually work. Starting Thurs night (12/23), it stopped syncing completely. Hello, I have followed the procedures to verify the account with DKIM and SPF with name cheap. However, when I try to verify it keeps saying verification failed. This is only to secure my email since it usually gets sent to junk folder. My domain is not hosted. Thanks

Shopify has a link to allow integration with zohomail, but the verification process in shopify is a nightmare. There is no way to access your DNS CNAME or other items. Also it is in liquid so you can't just drop a html file in root. I can not seem to figure out a way to verify and I have been at this for 3 hrs. Can you please help me figure out a way to verify my site so I can move to the next step. although if this is any indication, of integration maybe what I need to do is move on before

I recently setup a new Zoho account and everything seems to work fine. I can send and receive mail through the Zoho webmail portal, but when I try to add the account to a third party client like Outlook, I can't send mail. Good day. I have two email address with the same domain. I have been trying to link them via IMAP to my android device and to thunderbird. Alias Issue
I just upgraded my account to handle 2 domains. I previously had 2 free accounts to house each domain. However, my previous "master" user email (Bobby@enpointe.tv) is claiming to still be "in use" when I try to add it to my current account as an alias. I've deleted the old organization and the account. Though, I can still log into that email address which is still collecting email even though the Org it was created under was deleted. Please advise!!
