Problems when changed to Bluehost
Hi, my domain is Artibusmedical.com Everything was working fine but I changed my daomain hosting to bluehost and now I am not receiving my emails in Zoho mail. The error that shows says "Turn On SMTP authentication in your mail client" Thank you
name servers
my mx servers seem to be ok but I am still not getting new email coming through - I'm thinking the issue must be the name servers as it is still using the default nameservers?

Hi guys, I've just created two additional account in my email free service. I can use thew account form web, mail.zoho.com, no problem with credentials, however when creating the account in a mail client, outlook and thunderbird, I get a message which says "Configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?". The accounts work well, received email from gmail and replyed ok. Everyhing works fine till checks the password. accounts are albeiropc@mienvioonline.com and carolinamb@mienvioonline.com,
Is there way to get response quicker?
I not an old user of zoho but since the day of joining (a week ago) I think its worth mentioning that its awesome work you have done. UI (design), tagging, mailing plans and other plans all are awesome But there is one thing that I feel is need to be improved that is customer support. If you improve your customer support it definitely will increase your worth. I'm Waiting a good news from you. if its not possible for now then please mention your time zone so that people would get on time response

How do I get my POP3 email to download only text, but not images?
I send out emails with pictures inserted into the body of the email. But when people answer me, they hit the reply button, which sends all my pictures back to me, and it takes forever to download all the replies, each one being full of the same pictures I sent out. How can I set up my Zoho account or my POP3 client, to keep from getting my own pictures back, when people reply to me? I use Thunderbird, to interface with Zoho POP3 service.

Hi Zoho I've just signed up top Zoho, and am awaiting the sorting-out of the MX records. I realise that there are a few pieces that need to be put into place yet; but I thought I'd ask this anyway. Unable to receive emails
Hi, I have successfully setup the mail account and changes the MX record as per the ZOHO guide. Even the MX tool box shows the Zoho MX. I can send emails and it delivered to my gmail, but I cannot receive emails to my ZOHO inbox. What is the problem?? My domain is houztrends.com. Thank you.

I signed up with Zoho account and also configured a domain. But then I logged out and logged back to my account and my domain is not in my account. When I tried re-adding domain it says domain already exists. Same is with my mobile number, it asked for my mobile number when I added it says numbers is invalid or already used. How do I label public group emails?
How do I label public group emails? For example. If someone sends an email to my support group, the email gets sent to all the members, if 1 member responds to that email, is there a way to notify the other members the email is being responded to? I tried tags but those only work for your own email and nobody else can see them.
Zoho mail disappearing in Outlook 2016 set up with Exchange ActiveSync
None of the emails in my Zoho Mail account show up anymore in Outlook 2016 for Windows. Outlook is setup to sync with zoho mail via Exchange Active Sync. This worked until a few days ago. What happened and how do I fix it?

Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings into DNS so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. Unable to open emails

2 inboxes in same account outlook 2016
Hello, I have set up my mailbox in outlook 2016. Now when I open Outlook I have the folder "inbox" and "Postvak In". Postvak In is dutch for inbox and my mail client is English. How can I make sure that I will only have 1 inbox? The content of both folders are the same and get synchronised from the server.
