Can't send emails
Hi, I set up my emails yesterday (using an externally hosted domain - affinitybirthing.com) and can receive emails but I cannot send them from my account. When running the set up yesterday the MX records came back as errors. I could't access the set up today but sent a test email to my account and it went through ok but I could not send. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks,

Can't receive emails with poppro configuration in Windows 10 Mail
Hi, Just recently tryed to configure Windows 10 Mail software with my mail account name@mydomain.pt and the software can't sincronize with zoho platform in received mails (POPPRO). SMTP works fine. Not Receiving Emails from Google GSuite/G-apps emails (google free email works fine)
Hi, I'm testing out Zoho as an alternative to gmail for my client, they currently use gsuite/google apps for their other business. All emails I send from google free accounts come through fine, everything from gsuite account does not arrive, and so far also there has been no bounce message. Any ideas what could be causing this? I've tried from a couple of unrelated gsuite accounts with the same result, but standard @gmail.com accounts come through immediately. Cheers Steve

I have a free account that I set up recently with the intent to mostly read/write the emails thru my gmail personal account. I set up the relevant rules in Gmail. However I was getting an error and then noticed the Zoho account seems to be blocked from sending outgoing emails, and if I try to unblock it I get the following message: Does this mean I cannot send emails from a free account, including forwarding the email (i.e. initiate from gmail)? I didn't see this limitation on the plans and pricing
the zoho mail iPad app does not display any emails in any folders. Message you do not have any emails here.
Zoho mail was unavailable,e this morning. It seems to have come back and I can see all my emails using the web based system. This looks fine. However I mainly use the iPad zoho mail app and this just gives the message you do not have any emails here. This is for all folders, in, sent etc. Peter

Hi, Today I received this error in Outlook: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Hello, For a few months, I have had intermittent problems with syncing my Zoho Mail accounts with my Windows 10 Mail program. Hello, I have followed the procedures to verify the account with DKIM and SPF with name cheap. However, when I try to verify it keeps saying verification failed. This is only to secure my email since it usually gets sent to junk folder. My domain is not hosted. Thanks

Shopify has a link to allow integration with zohomail, but the verification process in shopify is a nightmare. There is no way to access your DNS CNAME or other items. Also it is in liquid so you can't just drop a html file in root. I can not seem to figure out a way to verify and I have been at this for 3 hrs. Can you please help me figure out a way to verify my site so I can move to the next step. although if this is any indication, of integration maybe what I need to do is move on before

I recently setup a new Zoho account and everything seems to work fine. I can send and receive mail through the Zoho webmail portal, but when I try to add the account to a third party client like Outlook, I can't send mail. IMAP syncing does not work
Good day. I have two email address with the same domain. I have been trying to link them via IMAP to my android device and to thunderbird. With both emails and both devices it says that my username and password is incorrect. I have changed a password and logged out as well I enabled IMAP in the email settings. What is happening?
