i tried sending some frinds holiday wishes by Bcc them and i keep getting a message saying my outgoing email has been blocked. Can someone please fix this. I don't send spam and you should be able to bcc a few people once in awhile. If there is a limit on how any people you can email i would like to know what it is. Never had this problem with anyone else .

I am using nodemailer for sending mails from no-reply@koachr.com.. I am getting this error. How can I avoid this error message. It is only sending 10 mail after that its got blocked. If I purchase the premium account is it possible to avoid it.
New emails not appearing in 'inbox' view but visible in 'unread' view.
One of my user email accounts is experiencing an issue where any new emails received are not showing up in the 'inbox' view in the Zoho Mail web client. I instructed the user to use the 'unread' view which appears to show all new emails. This started to happen from 30 November. How can I get the user to view new emails in the 'inbox' view?
New to Zoho - Spam filtering seems to be awful?
I just moved my domain email to Zoho. (Was previously hosted at Outlook.com [aka Hotmail] and before that was at Google Apps [aka G.Suite/Google for Business/WhateverTheyCallItNow.]) I'm seeing much more spam in my inbox, and many false-positives. Stucked in new zoho business mail setup
Hi, When creating a new zoho mail to my company, I am now asked to enter a valid phone number. I put the number, but that number is not available for SMS, so... when proceeding to the next page, I cannot verify the code and I cannot turn back to change the number. Unfortunately I went back in the browser and lost that page. Trying to setup again I receive the info that my domain is already in use. Recently created an email account using my domain (powerplayconsultingllc.com). I am able to send email but am not receiving email. .eu mail configuration in cpanel incorrectly refers to .com
When setting up zoho.eu mail for a domain, cpanel 'Domain Setup' incorrectly lists the hosts as 'imappro.zoho.com' and 'smtp.zoho.com'. This should be 'imappro.zoho.eu' and 'smpt.zoho.eu'. I tested these settings in K9-mail for android and it works fine.

Can a user/mailbox be set up so that multiple email addresses point to one address?
Hello, I am using a free account and would like to use my 10th and last user be set up so that 3 different email addresses direct mail to the same inbox. Is that possible? For example, I'd like 1@zh.com, 2@zh.com, and 3@zh.com all point to 4@zh.com. 1, 2, 3 doesn't really need full functionality of a user mailbox (doesn't need to send or any of the apps) but 4 does and would handle correspondence for 1,2 and 3. Is that possible? Or would 1, 2 and 3 all need to be separate users? Thanks!

I've asked support to unblock it, but nothing has happened. I had to email from a private gmail account because I couldn't even email them to unblock. IMAP Access not working
Hello, I set up a new account to test how zoho works for a solution going forward for a company email. I'm stuck already though. I've set up the account with two users, enabled IMAP for both. Neither can connect though, I've tried on my iPhone, through outlook and with some online test tools.. Am i missing something?

Can't Change GIGANTIC TEXT on mail page.
Logged on a couple of days ago and all the text on my mail page was HUGE. It takes me forever and whole lot of maneuvering with scroll bars to read even the shortest email. I rebooted and, of course, checked the text settings. No change. - I have emailed Zoho support twice and have not heard from them. Some of our emails to long standing vendors are getting blocked for two possible reasons: When I run mxtoolbox on 74.201.84.163 (the smtp server our account is using today, we get: 1) one error because this server is listed on one of the black lists mxtoolbox tracks; and 2) one warning because reverse DNS record does not match smtp banner. Hi, I would like information on the auto-formatting of my email senders. I would prefer that I see the entirety of the email address so I can check my spelling and ensure I am sending to the correct email (e.g., work versus home versus business).
