Email Not Being Sent, Stuck in Outbox?
Over the last couple months I've noticed some emails getting stuck in my outbox and never get sent. I would click on "send now" and they seem to be going out until today. I have two emails in there and cannot get them to be sent. I've never send many messages so I could not have been blocked. What's going on?
Error with SPF?
I keep trying to email someone, and get the following error: "INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Rejecting for Sender Policy Framework" All my SPF settings seem to be correct, is there any way to test this?
Notification emails not received in zoho mail

Issue with response for read receipt
Hello, I have set the option for always send response for read receipt. I have sent a test email to my gmail email, and after seeing the email in that account I don't see any notifications on my Zoho account. Am I setting this option wrong? E-mail search
I am unable to find specific e-mails using search. I've typed in the subject, the e-mail address and a persons name. The only thing that shows up is No messages match that criteria. This is very inconvenient. A majority of my work is done through e-mail and I don't have all day to go through each one to find what I am looking for. How do I resolve this issue?

Auto Fill Name When Entering CRM Lead From Zoho Mail
In the old mail version, the First name and Last name fields used to auto-fill when adding an email as a lead. However, in the new version I don't know how to do that. I keep having to type every name manually. Any way to automatically fill names when clicking "View CRM Info" to add a lead?
Is Zoho Mail supposed to talk to Zoho CRM?
I'm noticing my zoho mail account (exchange) and my mail inside CRM are mirroring each other, however none of the emails that are incoming or outgoing are being recorded in the CRM under each contact. Is there a way to do this?
Cannot create email again after failing to verify code sent via sms
I signed up using my domain name http://newkryptongov.info and created a business email contact@newkryptongov.info, however when it sent me a verification code via sms I went to get my phone and I returned to my desk the page left on it's own so when I went back I was unable to verify it and now I am unable to access the account and it acts as though it does not exist, now I am even unable to create a new account using my domain name and the email I desire. Emails not synchronising between Mac Mail and zoho mail online when using IMAP
Hello I have my zoho mail set up on my Macbook Pro. When I delete emails, or file them into folders using Mac Mail, the changes do not reflect online. Mac Mail shows 29 emails in my inbox, but there are over 70 when I log in online. I am connecting using IMAP.
