Number of email send per hour
Hi there, I am using zoho mail, but if i will send multiple emails in just a short time, I'll get blocked and can't send an email for almost 30 minutes and then I will unblocked it and I am able to send, then after a short time span I will be block again. What is the solution of this? I am glad if you will answer my query, thanks!

Hi there, my email was blocked from sending due to my apparently sending too many emails at once. I was attempting to send an email to a long list of government employees. I followed the link and filled in the captcha field and it says that I am now unblocked but I still cannot use my email. It seems many other people have experienced this problem so maybe it would be a good idea to fix it so that once it is unblocked one can use one's email again. Please unblock my email. Thank you
Issues with mail on iOS - before I cancel Zoho
Hi I wanted to move my email from GoDaddy because the interface wasn't great and the emails sent on my iPhone did not sync with GoDaddy's sent mail folder. Someone recommended Zoho which I jumped at but now almost regret. 1. I cannot migrate my sent emails from GoDaddy to Zoho. Not able to view my company logo on the custom login page

Content-Transfer-Encoding
Is there a way to change the type of Encoding? Im using zoho smtp to send emails from our website. When i use the web host built in mail the links are fine but when i use the zoho smtp the links dont show in gmail or outlook. The only diffrence i see is the Content-Transfer-Encoding line. ZOHO Can't Seem to Master Filtering Spam - But It Can Keep Putting GOOD Emails In My Spam Folder?
I just don't get it. I've embarked on a mission to cut down on spam by using the Org Settings and blacklisting all domains that keep spamming us. The biggest offenders are those that contain ".download" or ".top" or ".com.br" and I seriously doubt any mail from such domains is ever legitimate wanted email. I tried to see how many domains I'm now blocking and after hitting the "right arrow" to get to the end of my blocked list a bunch of times, I got an error "Unusual activity detected from this IP.

Dear Zoho, I would like to know how if it is possible to see the mail sending timestamp rather than the receive date. I am trying to set up access via Outlook on MAP so I can view my emails and I have tried using POP and IMAP and I get the same error each time. The details log in fine on the Zoho website but I am unable to access emails via Outlook or via Mail client on MAC. I have searched the forum for this alert message and am yet to find a solution. Hi there, Several users in our domain keep getting a message that their email account storage limit is about to be reached. For instance, my own email account has only 91 emails and storage details show as follow: Folder 1% This account 97% Assigned 5 GB I could even delete all my emails and in a few days I'll get the warning message. Hi, I've been struggling for the past two days to set up gmail POP3 to start getting my gmail mail in zoho. I have tried everything that's been said at the gmail help page (https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754), unlocked access to the "less safe" applications, did anything I could find... to no avail. It appears I am not getting any email from anywhere. I have tried from @outlook.com, @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @live.com, and a company @bgbuildingworks.com and none of them get delivered. I have configured the email months ago and it just randomly seems to have stopped working. Thanks for any help.

Morning. Is anybody able to advise me. I am an email user only. Not a technical wiz. Our email keeps on freezing. It has been happening for the last few days, in any part of the email process.
