Email account already exists
Hi I have a domain seoheroesbangkok.com and hosted the email here, its been great and I can create 2 of the email. However when I add the email of teeraphol@seoheroesbangkok.com there are warning saying Email account already exists. I have tried a few way to solve it including creating a catch email and do forgot password but it doesnt help. Could anyone please help me clean that email from zoho database so I can create it again? Thank You Best

Emails won't delete or move on the server side.
I am using Apple Mail (macOS Sierra). I have an IMAP account set up in Apple Mail, but when I delete or move a mail message in Apple Mail, it does not also delete or move the message on the zoho server, leaving the webmail, or my iPhone inbox with the message still. It will mark messages read, and will create folders on the server side however, just not move them. When I delete or move on my iPhone, it does delete or move on the server, and Apple Mail also shows the changes.

Archive Email - Inbox
Hi there - I have completed a process of "Archive" in my Inbox and other mail folders. When I click the "View All" on any of my subfolders I see the option to see the Archived messages and it works fine. However this option is not available to me on the Inbox itself, yet the messages prior to the archive date I set are also no longer visible. Can anyone assist? Thanks.
Multiple domains and alias
I added a new domain to my subscription plan. There is no option to add an alias as the help and forums suggest. Not under 'Mail Accounts' and not under 'Domains' I am only able to receive emails from my new domain after I added a 'catch all' of new domain going to my old domain. Is this the correct setup? It works but just doesn't seem right.
