Not able to receive emails
I am able to send emails. But not able to receive any emails. No error message feedback to sender. email address is nelson@derenoinc.com. Could you please help? Thanks in advance!
zoho IMAP + outlook keeps my mails on unread
Hi zoho, I use zoho mail, and watch my mail in a mail program Outlook 2013. I use IMAP to sync the outlook folders with the zoho folders. However, everytime I read a mail in my outlook, it becomes read, but after the next sync, it becomes read again. This especially happens when I select a folder in my outlook and select 'Mark all as read'. If I don't go to another mailbox within 30 seconds, it will automatically mark those mails as unread. This is very annoying off course. What could be the problem?

Difference between mail account size and usage limit
Hi, We have and professional account and we notice something that's a little confusing. There's an account which has about: 386MB on Account Size (Settings > Mail Accounts). But when admin goes to usage it shows: 78% of 5120MB (Control Panel > Mail Accounts > user@domain) What the difference between this numbers (Size and Usage)? Why size changes for each account? Long delay in email updating
Over one month ago my email began not updating in a timely interval. Instead it might update every 24 hours or longer. When I click on the refresh button (right of the Compose button) the email will suddenly start pouring in, however it appears out of chronological order.
