Can send emails but cannot receive any ?
Hi, I have 3 domains tag to Zoho mail. They are photojob.co, ezeli.co and keyezeli.com. All domains are from GoDaddy. I have set all 3 with the same MX settings. However, only photojob seems to work. Both ezeli.co and keyezeli.com can send emails but cannot receive. Please help rgds

My Mailbox is uselees
I cant send or receive mails. With the primary user it works fine, but with the created accounts it doesn´t. For example the account user@zoho.com with an alias like user@yourdomain.com is working. But with one created account like user2@yourdomain.com all is broken: You can´t send emails, You can´t receive emails and if you "send" an email and check the Sent Folder it is empty. ¿What is the problem, what should i do? Hotmail Import
I can't import emails from hotmail, setting up the migration, it tells me invalid credentials. I'm using those credentials from a computer and they work (both Imap / pop3). Is there a problem with the migration?

Overabundance of SPAM
Have noticed over the last couple of weeks a surprisingly high level of SPAM messages getting through despite filters being enabled. These are typically of the variety of "h00kups", "F#ck rquest", B00ty", "Quickie with girls next door" at the tawdry end to "Open vacancy", "Cooperation with international company" and phishing style job offers at the seemingly more innocuous end. Hello there, while researching this what I would have expected basic feature I was surprised that it seems impossible to share an address book with other members of a group. We have email addresses, phone numbers etc. of e.g. our tax consultant, employees and logistics companies as well as customers who we would like to give all our employees equal and synchronized access to, so that if one of the contacts changes it only needs to be changed once. Is that not currently possible with ZOHO Mail? Thanks!

Hi, I don't know why but my Online Address Book is not fully sync with Exchange on Android. It's first time this happen. The sync procedure ends well, no error, but I can't find a lot of contact. How to show headers?
I've been using the "newer" version of Zoho Mail in my browser (Chrome) for a few months, but I've hit a snag which may mean I have to revert to the "older" version. Very occasionally, I have the need to view a message's headers (including most importantly time of arrival), and I can't find a way of doing that using the "newer" version. Zoho Mobile App iOS Not Syncing At All
Hello Zoho, I am unable to perform any functions using the mobile app. It won't sync at all and simply displays "request timed out."
