ActiveSync in iPad Outlook Fails
I have an iPad Air 2 that I use Outlook for email. When I setup my Zoho-hosted mail to use Exchange Sync, Outlook indicates the username/password is incorrect and will not configure the account. I have verified the username/password configuration IS correct, and they work on other devices. I also use the same ActiveSync settings on my iPhone (using the built-in Mail app) and that works OK. emails not auto refreshing and appearing twice
Hi This problem is not just happening to me, it also occurs for some of my clients. Whenever an email is received, it does not appear in the inbox unless the page is refreshed. Also, after deleting a new email, shortly after I get an alert in the bottom right of my laptop that an email has been received, I then have to go back to inbox and delete it for the second time. Check for mail schedule not working
I have Zoho mail configured to check for mail every three minutes. This used to work fine but now Zoho seems to go to sleep and no longer observes the schedule. Any idea what's going on?
Missing Folder
One of my folders "Volunteer Intern" seems to be missing from my email account, though I'm able to search for, and find, emails that I believe had been previously sorted into it. None of my other folders look to contain a sub-folder, so I don't believe the folder itself was accidentally relocated. Is there a way for me to recover it?

I got the stock answer from support at zoho regarding spf. We had already done this i believe after our last request, yet emails to BT are still bouncing back. So the question is- If our settings are ok when will this be resolved or do we just give up?

Hello Zohot Team, I have recently added my business email hosting under your company. Created all necessary emails and all working ok! I was using workspace godaddy email before now, removed emails from there and using your email hosting. I have created an email let say seo@mydomain.com and previously when it was hosted at godaddy i got all mine website form emails in Normal Inbox under "seo@mydomain.com" but now, i get mine website form enquiry in SPAM filter even after i have added the "secureserver.net"

Dear Zoho team, I have following question: Is there any kind of blocking of mails sent from server (via code, not from specific client)? On my pages I have a form, which when properly filled should send email to my mailbox. This works properly with my another mailbox on seznam.cz, but not with my mailbox on Zoho (yourway@smallstonepath.info). Hello. As many in the forums, I have been hit with the "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked". Even with a 1mb filesize, this is an issue. Zoho is awesome and works well, however for "unlimited" service, they seem pretty limited. Can an admin please raise my domain send/receive limit since I am a business and get over 100 emails a day from all emails. Alias limit not increased
According to this following thread, alias limit for users who signed-up earlier would be increased to 200. However, its been a year and I am still not able to create new aliases. I have received this email the past couple days when trying to send email to 89 recipients, and it's the only email I've sent that day. I have clicked the link to unblock the email, but am still unable to send the message. I have also gone into the Control Panel, Troubleshoot, and looked to see if any of the accounts are blocked, but they are not. Please unblock, or advise how to fix. Thanks.
My incoming mail is going to spam
Recently (2 weeks ago) my incoming emails are going into my spam folder. Had no issues for nearly 3 months then it started all of the sudden. I did add the SPF TXT with my DNS manager as recommended on other post but in no avail. Senders under my white listed (contacts) are also going to SPAM. Any ideas on what else I can do? Here's the SPF TXT added to my DNS manager ; TXT Records @ 1800 IN TXT "v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all"
