I have set up Zoho email and I tried to send an email from my gmail account to Zoho mail account but I am always getting failure delivery notice from gmail. I have already checked the forum for solution and updated the MX records as mentioned in help but still having failure delivery, Please help to resolve. Please, I have a email account in my domain that can't send email because is blocked. account: ana.aguiar@adcarreiras.com.br She didn't send more than 30 emails today but the account is blocked. Email messages not showing up on Zoho Mail
Hi everyone! Sometime between Set 25th and Set 26th my Zoho Mail stopped showing my email messages. I already checked my domain and it's DNSs are fine, my host is working properly and it's MX records are configured correctly. On the control panel mail accounts page configurations are ok and my account is even listed as using 18% of available disk space. Still emails won't appear. Does anyone know if there was some kind of change on the service between 25 and 26 Set?
Problem with POP3 and IMAP just for one mailbox
Hey guys, We have a strange problem here. One of our mail boxes doesn't work with POP3/SMTP in outlook. IMAP is not working flawlessly either, we have to sync multiple times for it to work. The email address with this issue is abedi@kazhaltransport.com. Any ideas? Thanks, Mani

Hi I have received e-mails from a client today, so when I look at my inbox they are there. Yet when I use the search function I only get his emails from 20th September, a week ago. Can receive mail but not send
I set up email hosting with Zoho a week or so ago and can happily receive mail, but cannot send a thing. Sometimes I receive an error message and other times I get nothing, but the mail still does not arrive. From the forums it looks like this is a fairly common problem but I've never come across how it actually gets resolved? I have contacted Zoho who have told me that nothing appears to be wrong with my account and to get in touch with the email providers I am trying to contact (BT internet etc).

Unable to send outgoing emails to btinternet.accounts
For the last roughly 3 or 4 weeks I have been unable to send outgoing emails to btinternet.co.uk or btopenworld.com email addresses. Getting GitLab working with zoho

Can you review why d.obradovic@viangostudios.com is blocked? Your support is stating that problem is SPAM. But we are working as sourcing company and we are BUYING, not selling, so people are happy to get our emails, I don't believe any of them consider our emails as SPAM. If you still consider this being breach of your terms can you please unblock the email since it is first error from our side and we will use zoho campaigns as you suggested when sending multiple requests for quotation.
