Old Mails on Zoho not getting synced to Outlook
Hello All, We has setup Outlook 2010 with Zoho. I can see a certain user has 182 emails on the Zoho Webmail but when we setup Outlook, Outlook downloads only 64 mails which are the latest emails but the older mails are not getting downloaded. I have enabled ActiveSync under Zoho Control Panel for the User, then deleted the Outlook Profile & setup Outlook again but the issue still persists. Can someone please help us??? Regards, AJ

Time on incoming email is one hour behind
Hi I'm a UK user of Zoho webmail. I have started getting some emails from other UK users with a timestamp one hour behind the time they actually sent it. Why is this? We are both have a timezone of GMT, and I have not seen any other issues on the machine with timestamps. Thanks
Reset Administrator Password!!
Hi, I just create a setup for a domain (maderasytarimasdelnorte.com) and create 4 users into it, but it seems that i typed wrong the desired password for the super admin, i can enter into the other 3 user accounts, i did save a phone number but mine is local so i cant receive the message to reset password via text message. I have the domain property, cname, mx and all how can i reset this super admin? My advice is that zoho team make to confirm the password when creating the first account because

Cannot receive mail on new domain

Email integration
i am thinking about upgrading my zoho crm to include email integration. However, i would like to know if emails sent from within Zoho CRM can be tracked? I saw references in a training video to email analytics, which i assume includes tracking, but is that included in the email integration package of the Professional edition? Is there any article or help that you can steer me in to see the way tracking works and is reported?

One of my email ids in my domain has been blocked i.e. claims@sahibtradelinks.com. Could you please let me know the reason for the block and i was not sent any intimation for it also. As being the admin for the domain i should have got an email for it.

About Ready to Discard Zoho Because of SPAM
Just recently I've noticed a sharp increase in the amount of spam, always from the same one or two companies, with different subjects. I've unsubscribed and marked them as spam, and yet it appears that the spam filters are NOT working. Y'all need to get this fixed! Zoho is NOT the only free email provider, and I have no trouble moving to another provider. I saw one of my friend are using his email on : g*****@gmail.com and it could be opened inside my inbox succesfully. But another one,... iwa******@gmail.com trying to send excel file, it's being rejected. With the MailPolicy Violation Error delivering to the address. Sending Zoho Mail via Thunderbird

Invalid credentials
I am getting invalid credentials error message using IMAP on Thunderbird. I have two domain emails addresses. One works perfectly and continues to do so. The other refuses to work despite checking both server settings and finding them exactly the same on both accounts. I have tried changing my password but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. URGENT: my account has been de-activated
I've had to create a new zoho account in order to access this forum. About 18 hours ago our account support@shopping2do.com became inactive with no explanation. We immediately sent an urgent support email as soon as we discovered this but have yet to receive a reply, let alone a solution. This email has all our current customer support enquiries, and unlike ZOHO, apparently, we respond in a timely manner. This is a disaster for us and needs to be fixed immediately and the emails restored.

retrieving gmail account password
I set up zoho to retrieve my gmail messages. I can get those messages from zoho. I tried to login directly to gmail but it didn't accept the password I typed.
