unable to receive emails for my new zoho email addresses? but I can send from the?
HI is anyone having the same troubles. I set up the accounts about a year ago, and am trying to use them now. but when I test them and send emails to them from another email address......nothing ever arrives. I CAN send emails from the zoho account and they are received.....but when you reply....the reply never comes through and never get a failed to send notification from my current working email address. Stumped....although I'm sure it is something stupid I have done....or not done

Reading panel does not open
I reported this the other day, but didn't get a response. There is an intermittent failure with Zoho mail where when I click on a mail header in the list of mails, the reading panel doesn't open. The error in the Chrome console is: These errors are occurring as I click the mail in the list. Because this is intermittent, it may be a bad server within the cluster. In any case, it's rendering Zoho mail buggy once again and needs to be fixed.

Lack of transparency with unblocking and upgrading policies
I´m really disappointed with your lack of transparency. My email account juan.vasquez@2000dpi.co was blocked and got a mail with this message "MailBox Size Exceeds Limit [MailBox Size=5,128]", Also said "We suggest to clean up emails to create some space or buy/ allocate additional storage for the user" I´ve tried both, but once I cleaned up a lot of emails, when I tried to unblock my account with control panel, a message said this option was only valid for paid users.
