Zoho mail-account not active
It seems i have to ask this separately. I have registered a valid hotmail address as my login email address and received verification link and clicked through to Zoho verification page. Still, when i clicked "Access Zoho mail" afterwards it showed "Account not Active". I have used the hotmail address for many years. Could you please advise how shall i proceed? What kind of email can we use then other than hotmail? Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys, Since this morning, every time I've emailed an @gmail.com email address, I've received a bounce mail saying "ResponseCode 421, 4.7.0 Temporarily Deferred" I'm not sure if Google has blacklisted Zoho emails, but it would be great if you could look into getting it fixed.
Unable to send emails to main mailbox.
I have 4 mailboxes set up at the minute but the main email that is super administrator (admin@mydomain.co.uk) is unable to receive emails. Everytime I try to send a test email to admin@mydomain.co.uk, I get an undelivered notification saying user unknown. I have tried everything including aliases, groups and have settled on having each email address I need as a separate user and they all work except primary admin email. Any ideas?

Hi, I just received a spam mail having my domain name as its extension (admin649@wildwoodsentertainment.com). I've never created any such email id. Upon trying to login to admin mail (admin@wildwoodsentertainment.com) for the said account, I'm unable to login. I tried to reset the password, but the rest link went directly to admin@wildwoodsentertainment.com. How can I retrieve my mail ID. A quick response is much appreciated as there are sensitive details in the account.
Emails show my contact email address in the "From" field rather than name or nickname
I need to set up a group email for a residential association. I used a Gmail email address as my contact email. Now, when I send an email as a test, it has the email address in the "From" field rather than the name of the residents' association that I have registered in my profile. Is there any way round this? The Zoho email address is no use to me if it doesn't actually show the email address that I want to use, rather than the one provided for back-up purposes. Best Andie
use same primary email address for multiple zoho accounts
Hi, I have children I want to sign up for email addresses. The idea of using Zoho is that I don't want to open gmail,yahoo, etc. accounts for them to be tracked and recorded. So I had planned to open their accounts using my work email as the primary address. But it seems that there can be only one Zoho email account for any given primary address. So that would mean setting up a gmail account for them to open a Zoho account, which defeats the purpose of the Zoho accounts. Is there any work-around

Still cannot send out email - several hours down
We are not able to send out emails, amongst other main functions as well - it has now been several hours. Cannot seem to get a response from Zoho mail support. This is yet again an inconvenience with the service which I'm sure many have witnessed.

I've just registered my domain, viktorberta.co.uk for zoho mail and while i'm able to send mails, the account doesnt seem to be able to receive any. I've checked the mx settings on http://mxtoolbox.com/ and it seems to be pointed to zoho. the TTL was one hour and is long gone. Could you have a look at what the problem may be please? Many thanks! Authentication Failed using Pop
Had a working POP account that now gets Authenticated Failed. When it was working, thunderbird client was configured with User Name set to username Problem started when I tried to add zoho docs. After that got the authenciation failed error messages from client and also got forced (I think) into a two stage authentication using cell phone texting. Reading zoho documentation it says to use User Name username@zoho.com So I changed that even though working before. Turned on and off enable POP.

Cannot send any email in Zoho Mail, due to the red error at the top of the screen that says: "Problem in sending email while doing IO operation" Error has been consistent since 12:01 PM CST, it is now 2:10 PM CST. Why does status.zoho.com show that Zoho Mail has no issues when so many people have posted of the same problem? Isn't this a valid service reliability issue?
