Unable to receive & send emails since morning
Hi, Facing issues with zoho email since morning - All users are unable to receive emails since morning. - Email to other users not working within organization, however email to self works fine - Sending email, works to outside domain sometimes, other times error e.g. "Problem in sending email while doing IO operation" or "Could not connect to SMTP" occurring intermittently Please help. Zoho mail in Outlook 2016: Exchange (ActiveSync) or IMAP?
I recently created a Zoho email account. Now I want to configure email access for my desktop client, Outlook 2016 running on Windows 10 64Bit. The default suggestions by Zoho is to setup connection via IMAP, however this would not sync contacts or calendars. Any reason why I should NOT setup email in Outlook via Exchange ActiveSync using the msync.zoho.com mail server? Thanks! Pablo

We have 6 users on our domain for email. We use it for low frequency emails and its also used in a CRM (Insightly). But we don't do any bulk emails using it, any emails beyond 50 people at a time get exported to a newsletter program. So several users seem to be having email receiving and delivery problems. I don't understand how to use my secondary email
I don't understand how to use my secondary email. I see that I can only send and receive mails from my primary email in Zoho Mail. I tried to log in with my secondary email but it's still my primary email. Then I tried with the Zoho Mail iPhone App, I log in with the secondary mail but it's still the primary. And finally I tried with the iPhone Mail App, tried IMAP and POP but it failed. What am I doing wrong?
