How to add domain eg @www.com to whitelist, I added several entries, but emails from that domains are still marked as spam and moved to spam folder automatically? Thanks in advance

Hi, i did not realize that deleting emails from the Zoho web actually removes all my email directly from my ported email account set up in my phone, iPad and laptop. I have lost all emails as a result. Can you help me to urgently recover them? How do I prevent auto deletion for those emails already reflected in my other devices ?

I am currently trying to send an email from my zoho account via a small java program The program worked when i tried sending from my gmail account to zoho mail, of course by using different smtp settings. This proofs that the program is not the culprit. Bounced email with ResponseCode 421 (Read timed out)
Since last Friday I had issue where all my emails to client's particular domains (hosted in the same in-house mail server using mDaemon) with ResponseCode 421 (Read timed out). It was working well before Friday. I have asked them to check whether Zoho SMTP is on RBL. My computer is clean of virus and I sent nothing but regular email or doc/ppt attachment. Data Issue with Emails
I have always download emails into my laptop and phone. Today as my email account was almost full, i went to clear them thinking that my laptop and phone will already have the copy. After clearing, i was horrified to find that all my emails were wiped out concurrently from my phone and laptop email app. What kind of system is this! No notifications, no warning at all? Disappointed.

Hi, My domain is cafedelasminas.com and I have been testing emails sent from different domains, but I seem to be getting emails from gmail but not from other domains in different servers, like Media Temple. Same thing is happening with emails sent to sergrafica.com which I also manage. I appreciate your help.
Mail not flowing through to new zoho setup
Good day I have updated my mxrecords with my registrar but am not receiving any mail (or delivery error messages from the the sender. MXtoolbox gives the following results on the mxlookup: And when I go to the "solve problems" option I get the following results: My registrar is Hetzner (hetzner.co.za) and my DNS settings appear as follows: I deleted a number of cname and A records in addition to the the mx record before entering the zoho settings. Hello, I am currently testing how Zoho works. I just opened a free business email account with Zoho, and it does work fine on the computer. But when i try to login using the Zoho mail mobile app, it gives me the error "zoho mail/contacts service is not enabled for this account. Kindly contact your admin..." Missing Email Was Never Delivered
I still have not received all the missing emails that were "delayed" the past few days due to DDoS. Can I get an update? In Zoho's public announcement, you said no emails were lost... that they were just delayed. How come I still have not received any of those missing emails? From what I can tell, I'm getting emails okay now, but I never got the missing emails from a few days ago. What's taking so long for those emails to show up in my inbox? Unable to connect to server IMAP
I have had my Zoho email account set up on my phone for years now and for the past 24 hours, it will not sync and I keep getting an error stating "Unable to connect to server". I noticed that this happened after I logged into my email through a web browser and opted to do additional security with my cell phone number and specific codes. Prestashop SMTP settings do not work
Hi I'm trying to set-up our Prestashop 1.6 SMTP mail settings but keep getting the message: Error: Please check your configuration I am using these settings: smtp.zoho.com sales@domain.co.uk password (which is correct when logging in directly to Zoho Mail) SSL 465 When I use my own Gmail SMTP settings the test mail is sent, only when I use Zoho mails settings they don't. I have found loads of posts on this forum with plenty of people having the same problem but no concrete solution, can anyone help?

Hi. I have been able to get SENDER filters working using "IS" and an exact match on an email address. I was not able to do any other partial match filters, however. SENDER IS a@b.com works SENDER CONTAINS b.com does not work for me SENDER ENDS WITH b.com does not work for me I saw some similar forum posts, but nothing exactly like mine. Hello. Whenever I enter the email address into the recipient bar (To:) it auto formats to a name-- for example bob@email.com is auto formatted to "bob" wherein I can't see the full email address. This is difficult when sending a group message and need to verify the correctness of each email address. Is there a way to prevent the auto-formatting and leave the email addresses displayed in full ? Please advise. Thanks.
