Zoho Mail account cant be unblocked
Hi, We do have a problem with the Zoho Mail account of Manuel Perez Rueda (manuel.perezrueda@grupoamazing.es) The account is blocked and when we try to unblock it says has to be at least a 5% free space in the account. 'Run through Filters' NOT working
Hi, I have hundreds of emails I've migrated from Google Apps in my inbox. I've created a filter that matches the 'TO' field that contains a specific address and applies a label. When I check the filter and click 'Run through Filters', then select the Inbox folder, everything seemingly works. A success message is displayed. HOWEVER, no email in my inbox gets labelled at all. Suggestions for Zoho Mail - Native App
I am relatively new to Zoho Mail and use the native app on my iPhone. I like it so far. Here are two related suggestions: 1) Under Notifications, add an option under "Show on Lock Screen" allowing us to limit the information that appears on the lock screen. Right now, if my iPhone is locked and I receive an email, not only does the sender's name appear on my lock screen, the email's subject field appears too, and even a portion of the email's body appears. Can not recieve mails from some mailservers
Hi, I have a problem recieving mails of some mailservers. The domain is alexander-knoop.de I set the MX-Records (at OVH) as told in your FAQ and I can recieve Mails from Google or web.de with no problem. If I send a mail from my university (kit.edu) it is not delievered and after 24 hours, I got an information (in my KIT-Inbox) that my message could not yet been delievered. Same problem at some services where I wanted to use my mail-address (didn't recieve anything from some services). I don't know

When I try to send mail to a contact, it's not bringing up templates
I am pretty sure I was able to do this fine yesterday. Any ideas? I selected the contact from the contacts list. I click "send mail." Then the mailbox comes up but I can't select a template. Help!
Disturbing 554 5.1.8
Hello, Under my domain aftertype.com I've got blocked 2 accounts, the first one a few days ago and the second one today... I have an app that sends automatic response emails, I didn't had a problem with it until now. I needed to create another email account to send the emails that couldn't get delivered but... surprise! I couldn't send more than 5 emails until the new account got blocked. It is really disturbing, please unblock my accounts... and never block them again ever.
