incoming emails
There are problems with incoming emails started two days ago. Some domains are blocked? I can not receive emails from many customers. ml
Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
I am unable to send any emails for now 3 weeks! I have upgraded the Zoho account but still having the same problem. Can anyone help? I might need to go and go back to Gmail that is so much better. I never had such issue with GMAIL.

Failed to connect email to an iphone
Hi, I am having issue to connect a mailbox to an iphone. I am using Exchange option from the iPhone but It was saying "Verifying" and then failed I have enabled the ActiveSync option in the control panel (see the attached image) The email address is edwin@seventro.com

Login Issues: Says "Account is Disabled" Right after signing up?
I signed up under the free business email account. Filled in everything but never got the setup confirmation page. Whenever I try to login to email using credentials infiniteoutdoorstore@gmail.com it gives me the message "Account is Disabled" How? I just created this account. I've never had this issue before. Please any help would be appreciated.

Dear Support Team, today we wanted to send a press announcement via email to about few hundreds (at least 300) recipients at blind copy. Unfortunately we received from the mail server following error message 'Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit'. So we reduced the amount of recipients consistently until we reached the number of 3 recipients, we were surprised that even at this low number your server remained to return the error message. May you can help us regarding this

Incoming Mail Disabled & No Groups
I tried to post this topic earlier & it said I did, but I could not find it listed anywhere. I accidentally disabled a user account but I re-enabled it. However, they do not receive incoming emails now & are not a member of the 2 groups we have set up which they were previously members of. I was trying to setup an account on outlook, the pop3 connection was OK, but the stmp failed and shows a "553 Relaying disallowed". What this mean? How can I solve it? Already have about 5 acoounts within this domain setup without problems, but the outgoing server name used is smtp.zoho.com / SSL / port 465, and the emai is "mramirez on seiconsultores dot cl" thanks!

Hi. I just signed up for Zoho mail so I'm brand new to it. I sent a test message to see how it appeared and when it showed up in my inbox the name as it appeared in the inbox was the alias for my old email address. That's not what I want, I want it to show my name and not my old email alias I'm trying to get rid of it. I tried going into my account and changed the name and nickname, but when I sent another email I had the same result. How do I change this? Thanks.

Hi. I just signed up for email so I'm new to Zoho. When I send a message, the name that shows up in the recipient's inbox is the email alias that I used from my old email to sign up for this. I'm trying to move away from that ID, I want it to show my name when people receive an email from me. Outgoing email - URGENT
Our company have a paid account and we are experiencing several problems with our email accounts, and at this point we have several accounts blocked. The problem was reported last day 2 of June 2016 but the accounts still blocked even after several emails change and phone calls. The last email from zoho was sent from 2016-06-06 but the outgoing server still blocked. This is unacceptable, both the blocked service and the lack of news from zoho mail. Mail sending blocked without a reason.
We have an account being blocked recently.
