Somehow my email account was disabled. I am able to login to other services offered from zoho, but not email. Account not active it say:)
sensing and receiving emails not work
Hello, I have problems in sending and receiving emails on my two zoho accounts. Just happen the last two days. I can find some of the emails in ->Mail Administration, Troubleshoot, RetryMail. Saying host not reachable. Anyone an idea how this could happen? Mark

Hello I am having this issue "We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after sometime or contact support@zohoaccounts.com" in creating custom email for my domain www.dasaldhan.com. It gives me the same error every time I try.
Emails to Outlook.com are not getting delivered
I am using PHPMailer Library for sending mails to new user. it works fine with gmail accounts. however, users with @outlook.com are not receiving the mails. I added CC to the zoho account and the mail is getting delivered to CC'ed account but no the original account. Also, there is a lot of delay in delivering the mail to gmail. observed that it takes minimum of 5-10 min for the mails to reach the inbox. cannot receive email from wordpress
My email address is info@epiphanyofdance.ca and i can receive any personal email, but i am not able to receive the email sent from my website (a Wordpress plugin). it is via ip-166-62-37-246.secureserver.net. My MX record is correctly set(only 2 records there). Anyone have same issue?

Account Temporarily Blocked - Please FIX!
Hello. Today when I arrived at work Outlook reported my account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. The only electronic device using IMAP is my one computer at work with Outlook on it. It was suspended when I arrived at work, so I'm not even sure it had any open connections. This appears to be a widespread issue with your service. Please fix it for us. - Jason

read receipt not working
Hi. I have read the notes for Zoho that says go tick the box to request read receipt but it does not appear to be working when it goes to another email I have. It is not asking me to send the sender a read receipt. Help!
Messages not being delivered
I set up several new email accounts today through Zoho for my existing Wordpress domain and followed all the instructions to add custom DNS records. Several of the accounts are still not receiving messages.

Nearly all my mails are gone
Hello, I just noticed that suddenly nearly all my mails and and all my folders are gone (in webmail as well as in thunderbird which connects via IMAP). Just a few mails that used to be in my inbox now are in drafts folder. As I did not do anything I suppose this is a zoho problem?

I have updated my display name - but no change happened?
I went into mail>settings>send mail as and updated my display name ...however even though that says updated successfully; when I send an email it does not identify me as per my updated display name requested? Is there a time lag for this to propagate? Thanks, Helen

Setting up Email Groups
I have a number of email accounts with different domain names linked to my Zoho Account and wish to set up a PUBLIC EMAIL GROUP for one of my email accounts ie ENTRANTS@DOMAINNAME2.COM but I cannot do this as it is forcing me to do it as ENTRANTS@THEMAINDOMAINNAMEONZOHOACCOUNT.COM How can I get it to allow me to do it for one of the other domain names I have an email account for ?

Hello there, Just transfered our e-mails on Zoho, but when sending e-mails we have the following problems: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the relay smtp.zoho.com[165.254.168.48]. delays with email
Has anyone else experienced issues with delays in emails. I use zoho email for my company email, and usually they arrive in 3-10 minutes, however from time to time it takes 2-4 hours and then all of a sudden they all come in. sometimes up to 12 hours late. I can send emails no problem during this time. Just curious if any one else has this problem.

2 mailbox with one domain
Hi, I would like to know if its possible to set up a second mailbox using the same domain name. I want the 2 mailboxes to remain separete. example - i use one called admin@aquarangers.com i wish to set up a second one called - info@aquarangers.co but I do not want the emails to be shared between mailbox Is it possible - can you let me know how this can be done.
