Random E-Mail disappear
Hey, it seems that the mail server only randomly lets e-mails through. We have a lost rate around 50% for some reason :( It seems that in most cases e-mails with attachments disappear. That's critical since we can't even send a public pgp key with the e-mail then. Any ideas are welcome, thanks in advance! - Dominik
outlook not reviving emails or sending
Outlook won't receive or send. Am receiving on my phone and on the Web. Also customer is having same issues. Need fixing asap been like this for over a week.
Drafts don't go away after being sent.
After I send an email in my draft folder the draft does not disappear. How do I get the program to stop saving drafts that have been sent already?

Adding my domain works but my address has an "address already exists" error
Hi, I've just added one of my domains (flaxx.net) as a test before paying for the Zoho service. This has worked fine, but when I add my address (simon@flaxx.net) Zoho Mail tells me that the address already exists. How can this be? I don't think I've done anything to configure that yet.
Where are the ZOHO IMAP emails stored
I am a little bit confused after doing a migration via IMAP into my new ZOHO account. When I check the available storage it shows 100% free meaning no emails have been stored yet. However, I did the migration successfully. Does this mean that ZOHO simply accesses the emails via IMAP from my old server, or are they now stored at ZOHO? I need to know as I am about to deleted the old files at my previous hosting company but I have to 100$ sure the emails will not disappear once I do that
Wierd E-Mail Problems
Since last week I am either not getting e-mails or they arrive hours after they are sent. Some have no sender or anything in the subject line and then some e-mails are completely scrambled and don't make any sense. Something has to be fixed ASAP.
Resetting pop password
I recently had to reset my pop password at server level. So I need to change it on Zoho Mail in order to download mails again into Zoho Mail. When I try to reset it, following this procedure: - Go to settings - click on mail accounts - click on edit for the appropriate email box to administrate - fill in the new password - doesn't want to update The return message I get: "Zoho Account already exists for User" Thus I am unable to reset it, unable to download my mail. Unable to receive email from few domains/email ids
I am not able to receive email from few domains/email ids i even disabled spam filter then also i am not able to receive the mails.I am able to receive that emails on Gmail but i can't receive them here in Zoho mail.Can you please review my account and advise the cause and/or correct the problem? Not receiving emails
Since today we've been having email problems. We can't receive them in some accounts on Outlook 2016 and on Apple Mail on MAC. We can only view the emails on the webmail page. These are IMAP accounts, have been working fine until today, besides some delay receiving them and not being able to mark them as read on outlook. No changes have been made on the accounts config. Chat support has not worked at all and no replies form the support team by email. HELP!

Is it possible to group emails together by subject? like how gmail does -- it shows multiple emails as 1 entry and you can click on it to view the entire thread?

I would like my otrs send via email smtp, but I can not work, the smtp.zoho.com not respond to ping , I use some API, or will be only one error in my configuration? via smtp gmail, everything works. Spam Forwarding
Hello, I just set up a forwarding from Zoho Email, however it is not forwarding the Spam emails. Some of my important emails go into spam as well, so I would like all emails to be forwarded. Is there any settings that I can change to have everything forwarded? Thank you.
SENT MAIL GOING TO SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS
Any emails I send are going to junk folders. Even blank emails with no content. They go straight to junk when sent to hotmail/outlook addresses but go to inbox with gmail and zoho. Why all the info@mydomain.com emails go to spam folder even if that account is spam white-listed?

Font Size on ZOHO
My font size on my mail has gone so small I can hardly read. I reported to ZOHO whose advice was to go to settings/appearance etc which I did several times which made no difference. They then suggested I use a different browser to access Zoho mail which I have done but still no answer. This must be a problem within ZOHO. Any suggestions?
POP mail download not working in Outlook 2010
I have a problem using POP3 in Outlook 2010. I tested IMAP and that seems to work, but I prefer POP as I use only one PC and want to keep all mail locally. I checked all settings many times, but I see no wrong settings. The account check of Outlook is positive. Access to the POP server is OK and sending to the SMTP is OK. But when I try to download the messages only a few message arrive as flat ascii without header. Most of the messages are not downloaded at all. After some time I get the error message:

Email receipt delayed (if at all) - noticed different receipt times showing up in webmail new view vs. classic
Zoho, Like many others, we are experiencing intermittent delays of email showing up. I can sent a colleague two test emails from a separate account - one may show up, one may not show up until hours later (if at all...)... One oddity I noticed that may help pin down the problem here, is that I noticed that an email that showed up hours late, reported two very different associated times in the webmail portal. In the 'new' webmail portal, the time reported was the time it showed up (very delayed)

Sending/Receiving Email Issue?
Has anyone had issues with sending and receiving email in the last hour? I sent a test email to myself and haven't received it yet. My last email received was 9:52am EST.
