Hey! It takes more then 10 minutes to send or receive mail, why it is so? Some clients are complaining that they never receive e-mail. Is there any way to resolve this issue and speed it up? Thank you in advance!

Unable to log in
Dear Zoho-Team, since 1,5 h I'm unable to sign in. When I load the page zoho.com, all I see is a loading circle. I tried under ubuntu in Firefox and chrome, in Windows 7 (virtualbox) under Firefox and chrome and at another computer in windows 7 under chrome and at mac in Safari. The zoho mail app on iPhone 5 is working. Do you have ane suggestions how I can solve this? Since I have to write really urgent mails right now and getting very nervous... Thanks in advance Vika

Dear Zoho Team, One of the domains srkc.co for which I have the mail setup done with zoho was working fine until yesterday. Since yesterday, however some of the mails from gmail yahoo or live are not coming through. Due to which we are suffering productivity. Can you look into this and advice what might be the issue.

How come a admin account Cleanotherapist@gmail.com/Saurav.gulati@cleanotherapist.com account become inactive within 20 days of setting up????? it shouldn't be inactive...please make it active NOW!! whereas it's account other email customercare@cleanotherapist.com is active and working fine.

I can receive mails from any domain except hotmail
All configurations are the same, but 3 days ago we dont recive mails from Hotmail. From other domain, mails arrive without problems.
It doesn't seem like Zoho knows how to fix their mail issue.

Frequent IMAP connectivity problems
This has been an ongoing issue and the priority of the problem has recently escalated. Frequently throughout the day, I am unable to connect to the IMAP server. My personal domain and my family's domain are hosted here. For these addresses it is not quite as urgent that email be received on a timely basis. Frustrations with IMAP in Outlook pop-up issues and lost data
For the last month or more I've been having intermittent issues where my Outlook IMAP account would keep bringing pop-ups saying too many connections, try later, and to reenter my password. Emails not being recieved
I've been using my account with Zoho for a while now. Lately, though, while I can easily send emails and the recipient does receive them, I cannot get any incoming emails, either replies or new emails being sent. THe only thing that has shown up in my email in several weeks is a message saying that the the domain of an email I tried to send did not resolve but that it will keep trying I've triple checked this, the sender did reply to my email, but Zoho isn't letting anything through except error

Want a TRUE Spam Block Feature, Not Just a Spam Filter
Why can you not go one step farther in allowing us to control spam? The Option to Blacklist certain emails and domains does not go far enough - all this does is add to the number of messages that get filtered into my Spam folder. I have kept a count of the total messages identified (by Zoho & my own settings) for the last three days: Apr 1 = 284 Apr 2 = 235 Apr 3 = 240 I do not see a way for me to add a particular email or domain to an actual Block Sender list, so I wind up going through the Spam

Hello all In my former job I had used SugarCRM. And when I sent an email with the following email address in cc : crm@companyname.com. I would like to do the same with zoho CRM. Email Signature - Spacing
Hi, I have created an email signature, however, when I send an email the formatting gets reconfigured and spaces get added between all the lines of my signature. When I go to edit the signature there are no spaces between the lines but something happens when I send an email and it inserts additional spacing - changing the look/formatting of the signature. PHP Postfix Zoho SMTP mail rejection
I've just upgraded my Zoho account today and I'm unable to use Zoho to send mail from my website. I'm using my php script via my website to send mail and Postfix on my VPS server (That's attempting to send via Zoho) (I've several domains on my server and I've configured some of them with Zoho) to send mail via Zoho's SMTP settings. Cannot receive email after changing domain registrar
I've recently move my domain registrar from Godaddy to Name.com and now am unable to receive emails in Zoho Mail. I've updated MX records to point to Zoho as per Zoho's instructions, and can sent mail, but cannot receive. Also, the instructions for linking Zoho Mail to a domain registered with Name.com are out of date. Any ideas?
