I keep getting this error and it is very annoying. I have changed my password multiple times have deleted and re enabled pop settings and deleted the account and re added to thunderbird half a dozen times. Nothing seems to be working but i can use the ZOHO App on android and also i can log in using webmail. I'm noticing that despite this page stating, "Adding a new CNAME (mail.yourdomain.com) and pointing it to business.zoho.com will display the domain URL across all the pages," that my domain does not display on all pages, in fact once logged in, it shows "https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do?Requested_Domain=mail.yourdomain.com" (where "yourdomain.com" is my actual domain) instead of "mail.mydomain.com/biz/index.do." PHPMailer with SMTP doesn't work
I am trying to create a contact form on my website, and since the PHP Mail function doesn't work reliably, I am using PHPMailer (a well known email sending library). Inbox Completely Wiped Out
Last evening I discovered my inbox to have been completely empty on an iOS device. I hadn't initiated any deletes, so I checked webmail only to find the messages missing there as well. I've checked deleted items, spam and the archives to no avail. I've submitted two support tickets and haven't received any information regarding this critical issue. I'm looking for any information that might help me recover my business emails as this is an emergency for me.
Changing page caption
I've noticed that when I'm composing a reply, the email subject appears in the page caption on the browsers title bar. I don't like this because this undermines privacy. Is there any way to change this?

This morning during the email outage, I had to go to my email service provider's (inmotionhosting) webmail (we use zoho as a POP account) to use email. I updated the password at inmotionhosting and worked off of there during the outage. I was then tinkering with the Zoho mail settings and tried to update my password under the POP3 settings. It said "Zoho account already exists for this user" and wouldn't allow me to update the password. Strange. I clicked cancel and tried to disable/enable
Subfolder Name Restriction
I'm just in the process of migrating my mail from Google using imapsync. A number of the folders are structured as follows: 2016 2016/Inbox 2016/Sent It looks like I'm not allowed to create subfolders called "Inbox" or "Sent". Could someone confirm if this is the case and, if so, let me know what other subfolder names are not allowed. Cheers.

Hi There, I have an account registered under info@kylechandlers.co.uk that I use all the time. However I've came in to work this morning and the account had been marked as inactive. I've not received any emails indicating this was going to happen or why this has happened. Can someone please look into this and let me know why this has happened? Thanks
actioned emails in my outlook inbox remain with a line in them
hi. My emails are with Zoho but I have an account set up with my outlook-however every time I delete or move an inbox email, they remain in my inbox but with a line through them. Does anyone know how I can get them to be gone from my inbox?See attached screen shot. Thanks!

I have the free account with ZOHO. I want to point a CNAME record to the zoho mail portal, so instead if typing zohomail.com to login, i can type instead webmail.mydomain.com. For google apps you normally point to ghs.google.com but i cannot find a similar hostname for zoho mail to handle this.

Email keeps saying "sending" but doesn't send & Verification codes
Every time I try to send an email it locks up. A red box appears that says to contact mail support. I also doesn't let me attachments. Also, this morning when I logged in, it kept sending me a verification code to my phone....12 times this morning! This is crazy!

Super Admin account not receiving email, but other users are?
I setup a new zoho account, and yes MX records are correct and propagated. I have checked on several tools as well as with SiteGround where my DNS is. I am sending test emails to my superadmin account and nothing.. However I send test emails to other user accounts in zoho and they are received. Also, the superadmin is part of another group. If I email the group, the superadmin DOES receive that email. So for some reason only email specifically to the superadmin is not goiing through. Side note: if

Hi, When sending email to zoho, I get delivery failure notice as below, The error that the other server returned was: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. 550-mail-io0-f171.google.com [209.85.223.171]:36015 is not permitted to relay 550 through this server without authentication. You have replied to everyone's post except mine...... May I know why?? It has been 6 days since my entire account was blocked and we are aghast by the negligence that Zoho mail has shown to their user. Calendar App loads instead of MAIL
When using one of the accounts associated to my domain, the EMAIL page NEVER LOADS. Instead, the CALENDAR loads, and it loads without the app toolbar on the left hand side. so there is no way to link to mail. For example, if I am on the page https://home.zoho.com/home and I click on the "Mail" icon it takes me to the following page: https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do But instead of this page showing the email interface, it instead shows the Calendar. The other accounts associated to this domain
charging
I opened an email from a trusted friend an when I did this, it said Charging... then this charging is in every message in my inbox and I can't read any of them. Is this a bug? Greetings, I'm receiving this error while trying to send (both in old & new versions) e-mail messages, which translates to something like: "There was an error sending the message. Contact Zoho Mail support." In other computers Zoho Mail won't load with an "Error while processing".
