Dear zoho Support team! The first i want to sorry for my enlish, it's not primary language because i can't write english fluently. i see a popup "Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" because i can't send any email. i also clean any invalid and expired mail ids but i can't send email. How can i fix and send email? Please support me! My Email sales@jvd.com.vn

Hello all! I've been using zoho for a while. Honestly, it's great! But I'm having this issue with blocking since 6th of July.. First I got my outgoing mail blocked for 24hours because of too much mail recipients.. fair enough... I should use something like mailchimp for newsletters or mass mails I've waited for the unblock and it turns out that my account is unblocked at 2015-07-07 13:03 and gets blocked again at 2015-07-07 13:53:00... 50 minutes after. Super Admin account not receiving email, but other users are?
Help please! My main superadmin user account is not receiving emails.. but for some reason it is receiving gmail emails. Also, all emails sent to other users in the same zoho org are being received fine.. For some reason only emails TO the superadmin email account are not coming through. Ive tested with several different test emails from different providers, such as a test invoice from my Stripe.com account. I get it when I send it to a different user, but i dont get it when it goes to the superadmin

Domain
I own the domain HonorMC.com. I need to access the email Admin@Honormc.com, but i cant because i am unable to add Admin@honormc.com because it is already taken which is not possible because we own the domain. Can we please have this account removed so that i can access it and thus access our accounts we setup to point to this email address. Respectfully, Joshua

I have tried to verify the sole domain I have set in my account by CNAME and by HTML. Both methods failed. What else should i do to verify my domain?

Can't Connect
Over the weekend I was suddenly unable to connect using Mac Mail and also on my iphone using the "Mail" product. I reset the password to make sure that wasn't the problem... but it still won't connect.

Cannot access Webmail, Calendar loads instead!
Hello. Since a couple of weeks ago, ONE AND ONLY ONE of the email accounts associated to my domain cannot access EMAIL through the web interface. When I sign in to EMAIL, it instead loads the calendar, and there are no links anywhere on the page to access the email. Not Receiving incoming email
I have the issue with my newly set up account aparna.k@fastpick.in - mail are going out without problems. Sending to all our ZOHO accounts gives me a delay delivery bounce back. I tried sending emails from Gmail and outlook.com to all our ZOHO email accounts but we are not receiving any. Outgoing is working fine. Please resolve immediately.

Business email still shows up as my name
I set up a business email that I have linked to my domain. The problem is, when someone receives an email from me, it shows my actual name, rather than the business email address. How do I fix this? Thanks

ZOHO Mail as POP
I am trying to use ZOHO Mail as a POP. My mail access to all emails sent to my ZOHO address will be through Outlook 2010. ie I will seldom log in directly to ZOHO to read my emails. I seem to have everything working with one exception. I have set up my account to delete the emails when they are read by the Outlook client. Web Mail vs Outlook-Activesync vs iPhone-Activesync do not match.
I have a new account. I use 3 clients simultaneously: mail.zoho.com, Outlook 2013 (Activesync) and iPhone 6s latest (Activesync). I deleted all mail in all folders at the beginning of day (including trash/spam) for each of past 3 days. Issue #1: I noticed that all 3 do not always stay in sync. There is always 1 or 2 emails that show up in one but not in other.A email I received at 6:50 AM PST shows up on web/outlook but not on iPhone. Two days ago, one email showed up in outlook but not in Web email.
Recipients Not Receiving Mail
When using sending mail with Zoho Mail through my web browser on my PC, the emails send fine and the recipients receive them. But when sending mail from my android device using exchange active sync, the recipient never receives the email although the emails show sent in the Sent folder on both devices with no errors and no bounce backs. We are mostly mobile, so it's really important to be able to send and reply to emails. Thanks in advance!
old emails are being rereceived when using outlook
i am using outlook 2016 desktop and my email is set to use pop access. since a week ago i have been receiving emails that have been received in the past as new unread emails. i realy do not know what had happened but today i have received almost 76 mb 550 emails from months ago as if i had not received them at all. i have not changed my settings or anything, not on zoho and not on my outlook account settings. what could have caused this issue? do you have any idea or solution? best regards

Wordpress Email
I have tried everything - including various smtp plugins, but i am having NO success delivering email to my zoho email account? I can successfully and consistently send emails to other domain based email accounts from the same Wordpress Site with no problems - only delivering to my Zoho based eail is an issue. I am not getting any bounce reports either - are there any reports at Zoho that show rejections? I have generated and tracked the logs from the WordPress server and they show the email was
Mail is not being sent to recipients
A few emails have been sent today and the recipients are not receiving them. I sent an test email to my personal account from my Zoho account and have not received it. Last email that was successfully received (from Zoho to someone else) was on Feb. 25th. Is there a network issue? I can receive emails (coming into Zoho) just fine. The mail shows up in the Sent box with no indication of an error and is not in the Retry Mail queue.
