Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
Hello, I can't send mails using any email id of the account, but I can still receive mails. Please find attached a screenshot of the error message. Kindly expedite fixing this problem
My zoho mail can send email but not receiving.
My zoho email can send email to others. My zoho email ONLY receive its own email or other zoho host email. My zoho email does not receive email from other host (eg hotmail) I recently set up a WIX site on my domain name. I have change the "nameserver" of my domain provider to wix. How can I use zoho mail also can use WIX site? Thanks

Main email inactive
Last week I setup a new account. My main email account (administrator acct) has been listed as inactive and so I can't login. I did the verification process via txt message so I am not sure why it went inactive. I really need access to this account again. The inactive account is ken@trucaremtm.com Thanks for your help.

Email being sent through Zoho to any account being hosted at Network Solutions is being blocked, AGAIN, by Network Solutions as possible SPAM/VIRUS content. This is the fifth time in seven months. Does Zoho really have this bad of a reputation? Do we need to take our services elsewhere to do business? Please fix this issue with Network Solutions ASAP. Thank you!

My Contacts No Longer Sync
Don't know how long this has not been working, but my Android 5.1 Droid Turbo contacts no longer sync with my Zoho contacts. I have quite a few contacts created on the Zoho site that do not show up in my Android contacts. I created a test contact on the phone and it does show up in my Zoho contacts. Does the Zoho Mail app create a conflict with syncing my contacts?
Visible HTML tags in CloudMagic
Hi, For some reason, the HTML tags are visible in the preview and list view of CloudMagic for my Zoho mail account. I'm not getting this issue with any of my other Exchange/ActiveSync accounts. I've contacted them and they said that they were looking into it, but I wondered if there was anything the Zoho team could look into. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks,
Email using zoho / eM Client
Hi there, I have tried to use my zoho mail account through eM client (this is more convenient when I am on my desktop) but although able to receive emails (through POP) I am unable to send (through SMTP) - it appears there is a problem with SMTP with details apparently not matching... Please advise how I can fix this... all passwords, addresses match... I have checked and tried a number of methods with no success. Thanks Chris

Last week I setup the domain cantonbusinessmachines.com on zoho mail Now the user jim@cantonbusinessmachines.com comes up as inactive when I try to login to the account. I don't know why it is inactive, but need it set to active so my user can access his email. Tried submitting two tickets with no response.

Spam filter not working
In the last weeks the Zoho spam filter is not working. I am getting bombarded by spam just in the last few weeks, I am reading here about blocked domains and such but that is not how antispam is supposed to work as it is simple to defeat such things. Antispam that works uses a Bayes algorithm that is built up as people report spam. So is that system not working? Can someone at Zoho verify that they do not have a problem with their system? Hello, I'm getting a message when attempting to delete messages or move messages from my inbox to a folder: "Error when deleting messages (no such primary key)" The messages never clear from my inbox, really (they temporarily clear from the web interface, but are back when refreshing the page). Message Fields Customization
Is there any way to customize the fields that display at the top of the message list in zoho mail? I find that I frequently need to know the exact time a message was received, and this information becomes hidden as soon as it is no longer the same day that the message was received. Outlook continously prompts password
