I have configured Outlook to Zoho mail. When I try to access my mail through Outlook , I receive this message: your imap server wants to alert you:invalid credentials. Cannot receive emails and cannot add domain key
hello, tried to add the mx records in my hosting website but i cannot receive emails. Then tried to add a domain key and could not add it as well since "DomainKeys are not enabled, as the text record validation has failed." When i send an email to my zoho account i receive the notice "The error that the other server returned was: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client." What am i doing wrong? Unable to verify domain purchased through Weebly
Hi, I purchased a domain through Weebly yesterday but am unable to get it verified by Zoho. I've tried the CNAME approach as Weebly won't let me add the described TXT record and I don't have access to the folder structure to do the HTML verification. Please can you help? Email still blocked after payment
zoho didn't upgrade after payment. My outgoing email was blocked and I made the payment but it is still blocked. I am wondering how long does it take for the account to get upgraded.
Cannot reset super admin password
Dear Zoho, I have a zoho business account of which I am a super admin. However for some reason I don't have any "external email address" to be used when a password reset email is requested. Hence, the current situation is that I've been trying to reset my password, but the password reset email only goes to... the email account that I cannot log into, which makes the situation quite desperate. I just saw an email sent by myself which went into the spam folder. The email is obviously a virus. Is Zoho system infected by virus?

Hi, I tried to send this earlier...not sure if this will show as a duplicate... I have a domain through Wordpress. I have updated the MXs, pointed to Zoho, etc. When I try to send an email with the domain as sender (yes, I changed that too) to gmail or aol, I get the above response. What am I missing? Hello, I have a domain through Wordpress. I have set up a user account for the domain on Zoho. I can get emails from AOL and Gmail to my domain email, but I cannot send emails back. Spam - Our outgoing emails suddenly going in to our client's spam folders

Certain Domains do not accept my e-mails

Hello, I just set up my Zoho email this week. I was able to configure it with Outlook and it has been working fine as far as I can tell. But tonight, I received an IMAP alert about invalid credentials. (Please see attached file.) What does this mean and do I need to fix something? Thanks! Melanie

Servers down at around 3:30 EST?
I sent out a bunch of emails around 3:30 est, but my web server kicked back FAILURE TO CONNECT errors. I logged into mail.zoho.com, and it crapped out. I tried from my phone too... the site was down. Many of my members are reporting that they did not receive the email. it is not in their spam folder. Any ideas? I don't want to resend to everyone as then I may be flagged as spam. Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. Unable to receive change password email
Hello there, I've setup email hosting succesfully (MX records, even SPF record). I can receive emails from other email hosting (Google, Yahoo..etc) but Zoho email. I made a mistake while using Google apps to signup new Zoho account, that is why I need to change my password. I've added zohoaccounts.com into whitelist domains, but that "reset password" instruction email never comes. Please help me out with this. Thank you.
GMail can't authenticate w/POP3 - Authentication error
My GMail account has not been able to pull mail from my ZOHO mail account for about 2 months. Cannot send email to list
