Delay in receiving mail
Hi We are intermittently getting delays in receiving our emails. It appears that the emails are being collected at time intervals because we receive them in blocks of emails. Sometimes 5 minutes after someone sends it, others can be 30 minutes which has a big impact on our business. I have asked our hosting company to see if they have a blockage, but they are adamant it is not their issue. How exactly does Zoho retrieve emails? They are getting the emails from our server which is mail.domain name.

Sent Email folder does not synchronise with Microsoft Outlook 2016
Hi Zoho Team, I am trying to configure zoho mail with outlook 2016. I found zoho mail Inbox does sychronize properly but Sent Email folder does not synchronise with Microsoft Outlook 2016. I want use both mail apps mail.zoho.com and Outlook for my workflow. But both should be sychronized perfectly. Please guide me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance . Delete email alias?
I recently signed up for zoho to have a custom email for my photography business. I went through all the set ups, verified my domain etc but when I send an email from my custom address its received as my @zoho.com email instead of my custom one. I'd like to change this, either by deleting the alias or by changing who I send mail as but haven't had luck doing either of those. Please help!

Cannot receive any emails on my Outlook Client
I have been not been able to receive any emails through Outlook. I tried setting my account and used all the server settings provided but I get an error message saying imap server is not responding. I was able to get them through Thunderbird but I cannot send any emails out, it says the smtp server is not responding. This has been ongoing problem for the last couple of months. There are no issues when I use the webmail app.
Sending Emails through using the smtp settings from a form on a website
Hello, I'm trying to send emails from my web application built using asp.net. I'm using the webmail helper to send emails via smtp. I'm trying zoho smtp settings with my application but it doesn't work. Can you please verify if this is possible to send emails that way or if i'm using the settings correctly. Hi There, I'm new to configuring SMTP and so far all seems to be fine with MX records when I use Mrtoolbox.com. However, I can send email but not receive them. Hello, I have migrated recently with my domain portal-dwapara.ro from a server to your server (zoho). So, my email is on your domain zoho. I need to modify my data on my account from where the domain portal-dwapara.ro is registered: http://www.rotld.ro/engleza/index_en.html Here I need to introduce the "nameservers". Hi, Since yesterday my mail suddenly stopped working. It works perfectly on my devices but not my desktop apple mail. I use the online zoho website mail mostly. Sometimes I empty the Trash folder by mistake. Sometime Zoho empties it for me. But sometimes I need to go back through the Trash to recover something. Is there any way to change the setting so that when I delete an email it goes to another folder besides Trash? I already have it setup on my Laptop, and iPhone to move deleted email to my Deleted Messages folder, but, like I said, I mainly use the Zoho website for mail. Thanks!

Getting more emails rejected saying they are blocked due to spam
More and more of my emails are getting rejected lately. Many have hyperlinks and yet I've always had them but lately this message happens... ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :rejected due to spam URL in content How can I correct this? Last week I took out all links and it was still rejected.

SPAM filters are killing me
I know there are numerous posts on spam settings going back two or three years. But, really...100% of my email is in my spam folder...100%. There is no apparent way to customize spam filters, or better yet to turn them off. I am a IT senior systems admin and there's no reason for the spam filters to be so aggressive. I had zero problems with Gmail's spam filters. There were so few legit emails snagged by Gmail's spam filters I never had to even check it. I hate to bitch but this seems to be
new mail format vs old
Using the old mail format my 15-inch laptop lists 21 messages on a screen with 1 line per message. The new format lists only 7 messages. Since almost all newer screens are in the 16 x 9 range, there is much more horizontal space to list recipient, subject and date on one line, rather than taking up the the smaller vertical space with two lines per message, and wasting unused horizontal space. So the old format is much more efficient and preferable. Please keep the old format available as an option.
