Emails bouncing back - Mail server for (domain) unreachable for too long
I have one user who is not receiving emails (I get warning messages for every email sent to her) and another user who is getting bounce back messages when he tries to respond. Hello, I've still got no access to send email. I verified that I had no bounced addresses - I sent to a very small list of people (approx 12) and sent small emails (less than a MB) - please reactivate my account ASAP and explain why I was blocked from sending. Since signing up I've sent this same list of people maybe a total of 10 emails - What would cause my account to be blocked from sending? Is there a way to avoid this happening in the future? Dropping the connection to the server
Hi all. I am currently using Outlook on a MacBook Air to IMAP to Zoho. For the last three days every five minutes the error is displayed that the connection to the server has dropped. Five mins later it will connect again. Any suggestions pls Thanks

Hello I'm currently facing some issues with this service. I've added all the necessary MX records, as you can see in the screenshot below: Now, when I check https://mxtoolbox.com I get the error that there hasn't been any changed to the MX records, but as you can see I've done everything I can to edit this but it just doesn't seem to work. Feature request - turn off automatic blue linking
Zoho Mail turns all links blue by default which makes emails look really bad when testing (for example we send out email campaigns but test them on multiple email clients) - Zoho is the only one that ignores the inline styling in the email and turns the link blue. Can this be sorted asap? Example from a TrustPilot email. The green box SHOULD have white text in it - and it renders white in every other client - Gmail, Outlook etc. But Zoho renders it blue which makes it impossible to read. Thanks Zoho

Error Message from aol.com domain
When sending an e-mail to an aol.com address, I often receive an error message a few minutes later stating: Error Message 421 DYN:T1 - "The IP address you are sending from has been temporarily rate limited because it is not whitelisted, unexpected increase in volume, or poor IP reputation." Is aol.com implying that zoho.com is not Whitelisted or has a poor IP reputation? This only happens with e-mails to aol.com addresses so I am very suspicious as to AOL's capabilities. Hi my email has been blocked twice in the last 24 hours because I have exceeded the daily limit. I haven't sent any emails, but someone is using my account to send out huge amounts of spam as I am getting delivery failure messages which show messages being sent from my account such as this: Melt the ice! Unable to verify my domain - AWS Route 53
Hey, I´m trying to connect Zoho to AWS Route 53. My domain www.tofukind.de is registered with under Amazon and I have entered the CNAME as well as the TXT in the DNS Records (Now there is a total of 4 entries in the DNS Records, 2 which were already there and the new CNAME and TXT record). I have created zoho mail for my office. Initially I have added 3 users alone. Every one has problem in receiving emails. It takes 1 to 3 hours to receive mails sent from other colleagues. How to remove a personal address after a domain address has been created
Hi, when I registered with zoho, I created a personal address first. I then saw I could link my domain for free. I created another zoho address using my business domain and set it as default.
