External CRM - Cannot send emails @domain.com
Hi there, we are using vTiger as a CRM --> we would like to send out emails within vTiger using the email addresses we created for our domain here at Zoho. In the CRM I can only add one email address "crmnotify@domain.com". Zoho does now not allow us to send from other email addresses withing the CRM (e.g. name@domain.com), but this is what we need to do. Is there a security setting we can turn off in Zoho, so Zoho just checks if the sender's email address is "@domain.com", but does not check for

Hello All, I'm trying to access my ZOHO account from a Samsung Galaxy J7 through the "zoho Sync for Android devices" as per these instructions https://mobilesync.wiki.zoho.com/android.html and http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html However, every time I get this error message "Login Error: please check your email and password and try again". MX records
I'm trying to link my Zoho Mail to my website hosted on SiteBuilder.com and to do this it needs to verify my domain name using the DNS section, CNAME and the MX records which SiteBuilder have said I will receive from the ZOHO. Problem is I have no idea what MX records are and where I can find them. Any one have any idea please?

I sent an email on 1/22 that contained one sentence and two attachments - one attachment was 178kb and the other was approximately 450kb. Today I received an email from an irate client demanding to know where my email was. I checked my sent box and it indicates it was "sent." So, I forwarded the same email to my hotmail account. That, too, has not been delivered. further, emails addresses that I have REPEATEDLY marked as "not spam" still keep getting sent to spam... Sadly, I am starting to migrate

I received a bug ticket today complaining that anchor links are rendering incorrectly in your email client. Upon investigation it looks like your client's parser is trying to convert text URLs into clickable anchor tags, but it's not doing it correctly. Can't sync contacts with Outlook 2016
Hi, I've got a Zoho 10GB mail account, and I'm trying to set it up to work with Outlook 2016. I've configured it to use ActiveSync so that I can' sync my contacts and calendars as well. However, contact sync doesn't seem to be working. Everything else is flawless, but the contacts just won't sync. Am I missing something here? Thanks.

Hi, Even after updating my profile, logging out and back in, and all the other instructions I could find on the forums and the help pages, I am unable to change the name that appears in the 'from: so and so <abc@xyz.com>' header that appears in the emails I have sent. what gives??

adding cname records
Hi.. I tried adding cname records and txt records (one after another, not two at a time) with TTL 600 seconds on GoDaddy, I tried after 3 hour to verify the ownership of the domain. but it is giving me an error. my doubt is, 1. I have my domain name at GoDaddy, hosting at inmotion hosting and in middle CloudFlare is there. Now where should I add the cname record, is it at godaddy or inmotion hosting and 2. also to mx records? And Finally, should I delete this default mx records inorder zoho to work.

Important Emails going to spam box
Why are so many important emails from friends, family and clients now in my blacklist? I have over 4000 email addresses which you have now blacklisted. Most of them are my reputable clients. You block the good emails and yet i still get bombarded with Trash in my actual inbox. What is going on? I have very important emails going to spam and it is happening more and more. I have checked the blacklists and there are many thousands of emails in the blacklist that should NEVER have been put there.

zoho email blacklist is killing me.
I have turned off all spam filtering at zoho.com and yet pretty much all of my good email is ending up blacklisted on mail settings: Anti-Spam. I sent an email to support with no response. HOW DO I TURN OF THE BLACKLIST because as far as I can tell, I've turned it off and daily I have to login to my account and remove 'good email address' from the list. I can't tell you how frustrating this is.

Is there a way to tell if an email recipient has opened it without making them check a box. Constant Contact tells me how many emails have been opened in an email campaign I send. Are there any analytics?
