Email Delays Through Zoho
We have a contact form on our website. When a user completes the contact form an email is sent to the user plus a copy to a ZohoMail user (sent via standard WordPress functionality). The user gets their email immediately but for some reason the cc. emails to ZohoMail users are being delayed by exactly 20 minutes. I don't understand why is Zoho delaying the receipt of this email? Re-verifying via CNAME
Ok, I recently left Shopify and moved my hosting to Hover. I've not gotten mail since. I've pointed my MX files or whatever to the mx.zoho.com on 10 and mx2.zoho.com on 20. I'm not super technical at this. I think I need to re-verify my Cname. What's shown currently is attached to hover, not zoho. But I cannot find how to get the Cname info again. Migration from Outlook.com or Gmail is denied
Seems like Outlook.com and Gmail don't authorize me to migrate to Zoho either by IMAP or POP. They suspect it's not secured and there's no way around it. What can I do? I need to migrate all my mails and contacts to my Zoho Mail.

All emails are copied to sender
I have just installed Outlook 2013 and set up 4 email accounts using the exchange server settings. Every email that is sent is copied to the sender. It doesn't look like a rule, the senders email address is automatically added to the 'To' field. I don't know if this is happening on Zoho's side or Outlook's, Can anyone help with this??? Update: I have tested outlook with another exchange account and it behaves fine, so the problem is definitely to do with Zoho.

Mails not downloading properly
hi there seems to be a problem with zoho mail the app is not downloading emails properly only when i log in THEN it will start to download, but its not downloaded any of today's emails still that i know is there. the mobile app will not download anything until i log in on the website so the whole app is not of any use, i really need to check my emails over christmas.

Hello! I am transferring our company's email addresses from our previous provider to Zoho and we've run into some problems. At our old host some of the employees used simple forwarding addresses that sent email straight to their personal (gmail) accounts and we've tried to set that up here by creating accounts and setting up email forwarding for those people. How to migrate sent folder of external account from Zoho

I need to send emails from my corporate account email and Outlook asks me every time my account password, I input the correct information and It is rejected. Emails sends to hotmail account domains reach the recipient as SPAM the first time
Every time i send an email to a Hotmail domain it is flagged as SPAM or located in the JUNK folder. If the user finds the emails and watch it, the next time it arrives normarly. Looks like the ZOHO SMTP Servers that the company uses for the free Zoho users has been included in the black list by Microsoft (Outlook).
