Exchange with Samsung not downloading full message
Recently all of my emails (on three different accounts) have been truncating the messages when receiving on my Android devices using active sync...NOTHING on my end has changed, no settings, etc... All of my devices are Samsung! I tested a generic tablet, and the emails loaded perfectly. Has anyone else expereinced this? I don't know what to do. (the Zoho email app is useless, so that isn't an option). Please help...
I can't send emails through Zoho
hello, from 28th of October I can't send any emails through Zoho. Nothing was changed in "set up". When i send it, it shows "Message sent" but the receiver can't receive it. Can you please look into it asap?
email body is invisible!!!!
Guys this is insane... emails that i send are invisible to recipients. I get messages back saying "chris there is no message here" HOWEVER in the summary of the email I can see that I have written things. But no message body. I have not been able to send email. Can you please look into this?

mail preview below mail and font size
Hi, with the new Mail version, the font size is quite big and when I see the spam mails, I have to scroll a lot and it's more complicated to get a fast overview of all the spam mails. Before, with smaller font and smaller rows, this was much faster. Further more, I have the preview pane now on the right. How can I set it below the mail headers? thanks.

POP3 client in zoho not downloading email, non-zoho clients work fine
POP3 Email stopped downloading for some (but not all) of my team. It will download to outlook or thunderbird just fine, but not my pop3 client configured in zoho.I can send email just not recieve. All settings checked and verified. Every test indicates the problem is in the interface or handshake between zoho and mail server. Zoho support has provided no help, just a phone call appt. from tech customer service and after verifying settings they say problem is on our end. My tech guys are more knowledgeable

I entered the information correctly and it works for incoming mail, but the outgoing server is offline.
Sent mail is bouncing
Please help! For the last 12 hours any mail I send is bouncing, it comes straight back with a "Undelivered mail returned to sender" message. It is not specific to any one webmail provider, and it makes no difference whether addresses are autocompleted from my Contacts or typed manually. I think I am receiving mails ok.

Gmail / Outook users and IMAP Error
I'm in trouble with the Zoho Mail. I can receive emails normally. But Gmail and Hotmail users take too long to get my e-mail or do not receive ELel. I did some testing: - The delay is for IMAP (site or application). - The POP is normal send and receive quickly. Any help on this? Thank you.

remove primary email address
I want to remove my "primary email address". I have successfully been able to change it - but i'm not able to remove it. In my Calendar - it uses this "primary address" field to assign values to "Created by" or "modified by" or "Event organizer". When i create events and invite other people - it sends an email to this primary address. I just want bp1002@zoho.com to be the only account my calendar cares about. I don't understand why an external account is needed to manage my calendar.
ActiveSync Outlook
Does Zoho support ActiveSync with MS Outlook on Windows? They didn't used to. I tried it again recently and it seems to work, but it doesn't sync my entire account. I get ~400 of my 1,400 contacts and ~40 of my thousands of emails. All new changes sync (i.e. if I update a contact in Outlook, it updates Zoho, and I get new emails). Is there a limitation to this approach?
ActiveSync Outlook - Android
Is anyone using the Android Outlook client with Zoho and ActiveSync? When I try to add an account, I use the Exchange option and provide the server (msync.zoho.com) and my credentials. It tells me there's an error with my domain, user name or password. I've checked, rechecked and re-entered my credentials several times. No joy. I'm thinking this client doesn't work with Zoho and ActiveSync. Anyone else gotten it to work?
