Not Receiving Any Email
It is not working. Emails are not reaching my inbox. I tried myself by sending emails form my others id, and it does not reach my inbox. This is seriously getting irritating now.
Incoming mail not working & custom URL not working aswell
I am a user of zoho mail from about 1 year, all were working perfectly until yesterday. Now there is no incoming email and aswell custom URL also not functioning mail.klonec.com Any help in this matter is very much appreciated. Regards, Sandeep

We just noticed that we can not access our online email login anymore at mail.ourdomainname.com Zohomail.com logins work but all our staff access mail online at mail.ourdomain.com We initialy set this up via DNS record pointing 'mail' to zoho and it was working fine up until a few hours ago. Please help. Thank you.

We're unable to check our mail at mail.yourdomain.com Our DNS record for "mail" points to "business.zoho.com". Is that correct? Is anyone else having this issue? Our ZohoMail.com logins work fine but we can't seem to access mail.yourdomain.com anymore.

We're now using MCGuardDog to help filter the tremendous volume of spam we've been getting, but some of the spammers are still using the old DNS MX entries to bypass that service and there's no telling whether they'll ever stop using the original MX entries.
