Problem with sending / receiving emails
Hello! I am not able to receive and send emails through my account webmaster@tforge.com.br. I always get only fault messages. I believe that everything is already configured correctly, so what can I do to fix this? I'm waiting and appreciate the attention! Diego Assad Farias
New Mail Issues
Hi I just tried the new mail feature .... First off where are the contacts ? where do i add contacts unless I am blind I just cannot see where I can view or add my contacts ? Because of this I went back to the old version and found that all my contacts were now removed from the various groups I had previously put them in What Gives Zoho ? Thanks

Emails content missing
We have been having problems with users not getting the full email on their handheld device. They get the email and only the first few lines are showing. I have sent emails from and to the account and they are viewable in the webmail portal but only a bit on the handheld. I have tested with other email accounts (exchange) on the same devices and they get the whole email. Its only emails that are on zoho email Can you help?
HELP - Wordpress Verification gone wrong - domain now points to zoho email login
Hi, I have tried to verify via WordPress DNS name add function,Wordpress didnt let me add a CNAME or TXT record with a blank or @ Name , so I used my domain as a Name - joeladds.com Now what happens is when I try to open my site (www.joeladds.com) , it will direct to your login page .... I have deleted the DNS records refering to zoho on wordpress. Still the same issue. Do you need to delete something on your side? Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks !

Create a rule to run on Sent folder
Is it possible to create a rule for sent items? The reason I ask is that I have a couple of webcams at home that email me at work whenever they sense movement. I'd like to create a rule that checks the sent items and deletes these emails as they can run into hundreds a day (I have two cats) I currently have to select 25 at a time and manually delete them. Link "From" and "Reply to"
I want to be able to select the "From" email address and fill the "Reply to" field as the same so it looks like the recipient should reply to the person the mail is from. Currently my default is "myname@mydomain.com", I want to select from the drop down box "orders@mydomain.com" and automatically fill the "Reply to" box with "orders@mydomain.com". Hi Zoho Team, I would like to create an account info@newness.co.ke but it was created earlier as a normal email account under Zoho (not under my domain). I do not have password for this account. Kindly delete it so that i can add it under our domain.

Can't verify weebly website

Active Sync missing email
I setup my mailbox setup in outlook using activesync however large number of messages are missing. for example the inbox only goes back 2 days and sent items goes back 2 weeks but is patchy. I've deleted the profile and recreated it several times and even tried setting it up on another computer. HELP please

MULTI-HOUR DELAY IN ALL OUTGOING MAIL SINCE YESTERDAY
Since yesterday, all outgoing mail has been lagging by at least one hour, sometimes as much as three hours. The problem is the same regardless of what sending device (webmail, ActiveSync by iPhone, Outlook) and what recipient (inside same domain or to outside domain). Easier way to "Blacklist" or "Whitelist" email addresses and domains
Good day, There may be a better way to do so already that I am not aware of; if so, please let me know. What I am wanting to do is essentially be able to right click on an email in my spam folder and have an option of blacklisting that specific sender or entire domain from a drop down menu. Presently, as far as I know, I have to make note of the hundred or so domains that I am receiving spam from and enter them one at a time into the blacklist. Zoho Mail is slooooooooooooooooow!
What is going on with Zoho mail? This entire week it takes a few minutes to open one email. Zoho mail has NOT been getting any better. It seems to be getting worse and I really don't want to switch to the new format. Just letting Zoho mail know that this is beginning to be intolerable. If it does not improve, we will most likely switch.

We registered for a new mail hosting account yesterday. Completed domain verification and added mx records to the domain. We are able to send emails but emails sent us or not getting delivered and the sender get the following message. Email´s Limit and Time
We are useing 4 accounts (4 emails) of ZOHO CRM in our company. One of the accounts is always getting into the limit and the inbox gets always full, so it gets unable to receive and send messages. Another problem that we have is the time that it takes: we send an email and it takes about 10 minutes to arrive. Wait for your retorn.

New Mail - Can't access Contacts and Notes
Using the new email interface I can't see how to access my contacts. How do I do that, please? Also my notes have vanished. I can still see them in the old email interface, but in the new interface it says "No notes available. Click create to start writing a new note". Regards, Bob

Scrolling or Page Down In new version of web interface InBox not functioning
I can use the scroll function or page up/down buttons to navigate my inbox (> 100 emails) in the older version but in the new version I can get neither function to work. My O/S is Windows7 and I use Opera has my default Web Browser. I did try Firefox and it worked so it is an issue with Opera and the Web mail interface.

New Mail Grouping - Mark Read/Unread
I like the new mail layout. But the biggest issue I have with it right now is with the way that grouped email threads are marked read/unread. It is VERY frustrating and has caused issues so far. Currently - when you click the whole thread it 'should' show you the most recent unread message. But the problem is when you want to mark just the last message 'unread', it marks ALL of the messages in the thread as unread. Why aren't my emails showing up?
I have my zoho email account set up on my iPhone. I primarily use my iPhone to send/receive mail. I logged onto my zoho account on my desktop and it only shows a total of 4 emails in my inbox.
