Mail seetings SMTP Joomla
Hi, I am trying to set up the smtp mail settings in Joomla 3.4 to use zoho. I configured it with no luck.( I have the two factor authentification OFF). The contact form in the web claims SMTP connect() failed. Nevertheles, I configured the smtp settings with a google apps account and it is working perfectly. Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com Port: 465 Security Type: SSL Require Authentication: Yes. mail ...... and password ........ I really do not knwow what I am missing. Many thanks in advance,
Can not add a pop3 account of gmail
I have already email account in Gmail. I am trying now to add this pop3 account into Zoho Email, but it doesn't work. I have make Gmail setting available for pop3 access, then step by step to add a new pop3 email. But it shows always the message "[AUTH] Web login required: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754 ". Anyone knows why? Thank in advance Dao

Pop Access "invalid security certificate"
Hi there, I'm getting the following error: "Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Please change the incoming port to 110 and retry configuring." Can you generate a certificate for me? Template bug on ZoHo Writer demo.
Hi, There's no section for ZoHo Writer so I'll post this here in the hopes the bug can be corrected. On the ZoHo Writer demo that is on your website there is a bug with one of the templates. The template is named "Test". It produces a box of text that covers the top left side of the screen that prevents the template from being deleted. Hope this helps. Mike
Disable two factor authentication for SMTP?
Hello, I've seen that Zoho supports two factor authentication. That's really cool. When I turned on the feature, my mail client (claws-mail) completely failed to send/retreive email, because it has no idea how to deal with the new security feature. May I turn off the feature, for example, for some trusted IP and/or for command line interfaces while I still have the feature for web-based email? Does that make sense? Thanks a lot.

I can send emails to other emails from my zoho mails,however when I send email to my zoho mail from other accounts its a problem..., Kindly advise.

How do you change the time of day ? The time shown on incoming mail is 2 hours behind my time.

Outlook not connecting to Zoho
Outlook is not connecting to the server, i am not able to send and recive any emails, but i can see them on web browser. I can connect to all other account on Outlook but not my Zoho Server account.

Android exchange stopped working
Although the sync says it has completed fine, my zoho contacts have disappeared from my phone and using gmail app just hangs saying "waiting for sync" when trying to get mail. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Do I need to delete the account and re-create it? settings: username and password: set correctly server: msync.zoho.com port: 443 security type: SSL/TLS "validating server settings" completes without error. On the zoho side: activesync is enabled, two factor authentication is disabled.

Outlook not connecting, not receiving imap email
Since this morning i am not receiving any email, outlook can not connect to the server. It says connecting securely and then it gives me an error. I may think is a technical error server problem from Zoho Servers, but can someone help me fix this issue.
Drafts folder is not synched at android IMAP client

Zoho mail account configured to forward messages to gmail account but nothing shows up in gmail
Pretty much what it says in the title... I configured my Zoho email account (tc@tcbloodstock.com) to forward all incoming messages to my gmail account (tcbloodstock1@gmail.com) and it looks correct in the settings but none of the 1400+ messages in my inbox have shown up in my Gmail account. Any ideas?
How do I change the name in the 'from' section of an email
How do I go about changing the name seen here at the top of any email messages I create? I've combed all the settings and have updated every field I've seen with my first / last name in there. However, none of the changes I have found in the settings seem to be reflected here. This one "From" field still remains as it was, and the last name seen here is what I am trying to change. Any suggestions?
MX Records Already Pointing to AntiSpam

Pop Account Importing Old Emails
Hello, I added a POP3 mail account (aol) through Settings > Mail Accounts and it keeps importing old emails as new/unread. I don't want to import any old emails at all, is there a way to disable this so it only listens for new incoming emails? I tried settings up " Enable for Messages that arrive from" option under Settings > Email Forwarding and IMAP/POP, but it doesn't so anything. How can I get it to stop importing old emails and just listen for new incoming emails or do I have to wait for

Zoho mail corrupt

Whitelisting is not stopping legitimate emails from landing in Spam folder.
I have opted in to receive promotional emails from a very reputable company, yet the emails are routed to my spam folder. Every time I recover the spam-routed email (i.e., by clicking Not Spam), I would expect Zoho to learn that the sender is OK. Unfortunately, the emails keep landing in Spam. I whitelisted the sender address, but it still goes to spam. I whitelisted the sender domain, but it still goes to spam. Is there anything else I can do?
Allowed IPs Restriction Not Working For All Users
Hello, I activated "Allowed IPs" restriction (in dashboard) for all user roles set so they could only login from a certain address. It worked for my support@ login (prevents login), but my sales@ login is still working even though it's accessing from an address not on the whitelist. Both accounts are set to user roles so I'm not sure why one is restricted but the other not. Can someone fix this or tell me what's wrong?

Setting Domain Nameserver to zoho
Hi I have bought a domain from a third party and wanted to set up my email with zoho mail. I do not have a hosting server website and do not play to own one (yet). I'm wondering if I need to change my domain nameserver to zoho as it's currently set to the default of "NS1.HostExample.com."
