Have chance my mxrecord for more then 48 hours and still I can not receive any email or it just do not work hope it can be resolved quickly. with mx toolbox it says no records excist Kind regards Michelle

Hello, I Block this week some emails from the control panel. I went USER STATUS and DISABLE. Only now, two days later I am trying to enable the emails again. Since I enabled to 8 hours but whenever you access any of the emails, displays the following error: Your Incoming Has Been blocked and the emails will not be fetched in your Zoho account and POP Accounts Click here to get unblocked. Hi, I just wanted to check I have set everything up properly for email address info@matthewmee.com. I can send emails but still not receving them, despite having set up MX records to mx.zoho.com as per instructions. and an MX lookup returns the Zoho hostname. Thanks
Possible to do .pst or .eml (lots of files) to IMAP?
Hello I recently moved this company to IMAP from POP3, but they want to migrate all their local mails (either exported .pst or exported .eml files (1 file per mail)) to the Zoho IMAP server. Is this possible? I tried using the Zoho Migration Wizard or whatever (an .exe), but I keep getting 3 things missing from it, and I did install those 3 things. Same problem if I try another computer. Both running Windows 8. Can someone help me perhaps? I have a lot of mails in a lot of folders.
Unable to send and receive IMAP
I just setup my account and it looks like I am unable to send/receive emails using IMAP only. Verified my mail account works via web browser and ios zoho mail app.

POP3 not downloading past 9/13, IMAP downloading everything
Our POP3 download downloaded all email up to 9/13 1337. Re-creating email account in outlook doesn't help - downloads up to 9/13 1337. Adding POP3 account to iPad downloads starting at 9/13 1337 and goes backward. There are over 3 days of recent emails on the server, and using an IMAP account, we do get the most recent emails. We can't want to use IMAP because Outlook's junk mail filtering doesn't work on that type of account, which is desperately needed as this account gets over 400 SPAM emails
Sudden Trouble sending and receiving mail via ipad mail app
I've been successfully using the ipad mail app to send and receive my zohomail along with other accounts. Yesterday, the zohomail stopped working, while all of the other accounts are fine. I can access my zohoemail via a web browser, but I am unable to download emails via apple's mail app. I have tried restarting the ipad, re-entering the settings for the email account, and more. Any suggestions here? I am using ipad 4th gen, system 7.1.1
Display Full Message with Images
I get daily messages from realtor.com, some of them with several images. Occasionally I'll scroll to the bottom of the screen and see a link the says something to the effect of, 'Click to Display Full Message'. Other times, like today I don't see that link, but the email is clearly not being fully displayed. Hello, I have forward e-mail option activated in order to get a copy of all received e-mail to be delivered to another e-mail account. I also use my windows phone to send and receive e-mail from my account. The problem seems to occur with some of the e-mails that are delivered to my phone and read by me. Cannot confugure IMAP on Samsung Galaxy S5
I am unable to configure IMAP for any of my Zoho Mail accounts on my Samsung device & keep receiving an error message. Zoho Mail is working well on Mac Book but unable to configure using the identical login details. I have followed the direction given on Zoho website; TFA is not enabled on any of the accounts and IMAP ports are correct. Help appreciated.

Hi I've finished setting up my new account and currently experience this situation: - Can send emails through web, ios zoho app and outlook - Can receive emails only through outlook and mail native ios app - Email configuration is set to not delete message on server, both on zoho and oulook have the same instruction - Could get at this point only by setting mx record content as www.palmanova.com.pe for both destinations mx and mx2. Can't Send Mail - "rejected by server" error
I just set up a new iPhone and it is the first time I am using Exchange Active Sync so that I can take advantage of push email. Incoming mail is fine but when I try to send a message I receive the error "Can Not Send Mail - The message was rejected by the server" Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

I am setting up a new iPhone and trying to use the Exchange Active Sync Functionality so that I can get push email. Receiving email works fine but when I try to send I get the following error: "Cannot Send Mail - The message was rejected by the server" Is there a setting that need to be changed or something to make this work? The emails that are not displaying in the Inbox and Sent box are caused by Server Error 7009 (message that pops up). Please fix this on your side, it's impossible to work with 'hidden' emails.

5 Days of emails disappeared from all folders
Hi, on three separate occassions one our zoho mail boxes has had 5 days of emails disappear. Mails before and after the 5 days are still present in all folders. This includes inbox, sent, trash. This occurs weather we operate using remote imap clients or exclusivelu directly from zoho website. So the dissappearing is occuring at the zoho server. The trash holds other emails older than 5 days. The dissappearing emails occurred again this morning. New emails kept arriving but all evidence of 5 days

Having Trouble Verifying My Domain
Hi All -- I'm new here and having trouble getting my domain verified. I was hosting my site with Hostgator, but recently switched to WP Engine, which doesn't host email. I switched the domain to WPE before trying to move my email to Zoho. I hope someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong! Godaddy IMAP and 3rd party apps Outlook and Android
I have a godaddy domain.My Zoho mail works perfectly with the online platform including migration, but I'm unable to use any 3rd party programs such as Outlook or my Android phone mail. Both worked with IMAP before I switched over. It says "invalid credentials." I have followed the instructions faithfully. Outlook won't accept my user name and password. Please help! Mitch
