Not receiving mail from one domain
I have been trying to receive email from a domain that I have white listed but continue to not receive mail from the senders. I have white listed the domain and specific email address with no success. Most of the time the sender does not know that the email wasn't received. There have been a few times where they received a not deliverable notification. Any idea why I would be having so much trouble receiving from one domain?
Viewing multiple accounts on one screen
Hi all, We are three users with four accounts. An info account, where all initial queries will come in. They will then be assigned to one of the other three users and all correspondence would then go from the individual. So ideally, each of the individual accounts would be able to see the info account and their own account (but not the other personal accounts) from one screen. (How) is this possible please? Hello, im testing out your service with a free account. this week i was able to verify my domain, setup my MX records and receive emails for 2 days, then it stopped working. I checked my DNS settings and they are the same, no change was made since we added the zoho MX records. Im able to send, but incoming emails are nowhere to be found. I dont even get an error message stating that the address is invalid, nothing. Is there a way to troubleshoot?

Ive noticed that nobody ever gives a clear answer on how to get outlook working on a mac. Im using a macbook pro running OS X yosemite. Outlook works like a dream for incoming emails, however, as all other users have noted, nobody seems to be able to send emails from outlook. incoming and outgoing mail servers are appropriately entered. I've found my domain on a blacklist (http://rfc-clueless.org/) due to the following: "Domain shares an MX record (mx2.zoho.com) for a mail exchange which will not accept mail to the administrator." I'm not sure what that means, but the list states that it is "[...] not a spam list. Each of our curated lists track compliance with specific requirements of RFCs (with the exception of the elitist list)." Can I configure something to remedy this, or does Zoho simply not follow the requirements of RFC?
