I have a managed wordpress hosting company and I want to do what most managed hosts do not: offer email for my clients. I was thinking of Zoho, but I am not sure it will work. POP email setup with Outlook.com not connecting
I have had my outlook.com account connected to zoho for the past year with no problem. Since May 12th, I can no longer receive mail from outlook.com (only noticed today as I have not been receiving mail and checked directly on my zoho mail account). I tried reconnecting through Outlook and changing the password through zoho but I can't get the POP connection working again. POP (and IMAP) are enabled in my settings. Please see attached screenshots of configuration of Outlook.com and the error message.

Hi, I have downloaded the app for my iPhone 6, the problem I have is no notifications when an email arrives. If I receive an email to the zoho email address I am notified but receiving one to my work email gives no notification so I am not aware of any emails until I open the app. I did notice under settings it only shows one folder (the zoho mail address) and not my work one. Is there anyway of allowing notifications for the company email address? Kind regards Phil

Mail App/Inbox not Appearing
When I log in mail.zoho.com it goes directly to calendar view. All apps, except mail, are visible and accessible in the left pane. There is no direct access to mail except through the mail module in the dashboard. Should there not be a mail app, one that allows setting the inbox as the first view when logging on to mail.zoho.com? This occurs on multiple devices and web browsers. Please advise.

I signed up as an individual, for a free account. It so happens I do have my own domain, which I entered into the "domain name" when signing up for this account. Now the mail interface keeps asking me to verify my domain. I don't want to change my MX or DNS records because I'm already pointing that domain elsewhere. So how do I "undo" the domain name I mistakenly entered upon signup? Sorry, my bad, my fault. ====> I somehow found the Control Panel that let me delete my own domain name.
Spam filter over ambitious
I'm using zoho mail and I have a lot of communication with Russia. Way to many emails, also from reputable companies/institutions are ending up in spam. From Facebook to Skolkovo business university and everything in between. I would almost argue that more legitimate emails end-up in my spam than in my inbox. What to do?? Macbook Mail Client not working
Hi, I tried multiple times to add my account on Mail client app of Macbook with no success. I don't understand what's wrong. It keeps giving me "invalid credentails" error. I updated password, sign out and copy paste same password to log into mail from web as well as Mail client. But Mail client simply fails. I also went to Accounts to change password and when I tried that, it continues to sign in without any success. I see message "signing in.." until I cancel. Can you please help? thanks

Hi everyone, I connect my zoho email account to my blackberry as IMAP. It works really well with the account, but I found I don't have have access to my pop3 account I added to primary account on blackberry. I can still access to pop3 account on desktop mode seamlessly. I can send email but I can't receive anything
I set up the mx connections and followed the directions (for godaddy) and I can send but can't receive messages back.. I then checked my older zoho mail settings to comapre and noticed that my old ones connect with mx.zohomail.com (as the new instructions just say mx.zoho.com) and these settings didn't make a difference either so now I have both..and I'm sure that doesn't help. Is there a step I'm missing?
