Select folder to file on Send
Is there any way to select a folder on send? I tend to keep my emails together and this would same a bit of time going to the sent folder and dragging and dropping (noting the sent folder cannot be archived)?

Undeliverable e-mails - Retrieving the original e-mail
Hi, Yesterday I accidentally sent out an email with large attachments (15Mb approx) through Microsoft Outlook and received a notice that the e-mail was undeliverable due to exceeding the size limit. This is fine and understood. The problem is now i would like to resend the same e-mail with reduced file sizes but cannot retrieve the original message text as it does not appear anywhere in my sent items (because it was not sent i presume). Regarding Contact Categories and Templates
I created a category for a group of emails here- https://contacts.zoho.com I then went here- https://mail.zoho.com and started an email template with things set up the way I wanted them to be. Since I do NOT want the people I'm emailing to be able to see everyone else's emails, I'm sending the email to myself as the "to" and in BCC I selected "custom category". I've pointed my MX entries to Zoho as ejoo@dilsay.pk my domain is www.dilsay.pk. I cannot receive emails but can send emails out. How can I solve this problem. I've used third party tool to test if I've added DNS record correctly and it does show both mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com as MX. What should I do?

Emails sending okay, but no incoming email
I recently set up an email account using a custom domain. I've sent email from the web based site and from the mobile app with no issues. However, none of my incoming emails have been received. I've tried from the app and the web based site with no luck. Is the system just that slow or is there some other issue?

Hi guys, When I put my own domain in https://mail.zoho.com/biz/mailsignup.do?plan=free the message returned is that "This domain is not supported or already in use". After having first set up the MX record with the domain registrar, and having Zoho e-mail working well, I subsequently adjusted other records with the domain registrar. Now e-mail is no longer being received, and instead e-mail is being bounced with a "550 No Such User Here." Perhaps more time is required for propogation? Otherwise I'm not sure why what was once working is no longer. This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).

why is there spam and junk folders separately? all other email providers like hotmail only have a junk folder. I have multiple email accounts to use but very hard to monitor spam folders and junk folders separately. So, is there a way to combine junk+spam or to keep only one? Please advise
