Issue with ".design" in an email.. Please help.
Hi, I just recently set up my email for info@name.design However, whenever I write it down in an email (in my sig for example) it only shows the link up to the "G" in design. Basically it looks like this. info@name.design So, if a client had to click on it, it would set a reply to go to info@name.desig and completely missing the "N" I'm not sure what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Adding Business Mail for another Domain to my Existing Account
I have an existing personal account in ZOHO. I am trying to add new business email for another business of mine, but it will not allow me to sign up with a separate account using the same contact email as the existing personal account. I have no problem adding the business email accounts to my existing, but when I login to my existing account as it instructs me to do I cannot determine how to add email services for a new domain. Outlook 2013 pop client - sent mailbox
Hello, My Outlook POP client do not collect the messages I send from other devices, like IMAP (Mobile) or Zoho webmail. Only messages I send thru Outlook client are stored at its Sent mailbox. Zoho and IMAP are working OK in this routine. Please, help me on that. Thank you!

I created a FREE business email that goes with my domain name. I am using network solutions and the directions to verify the account tell me to change where my domain points to. When (if) I do that, wouldn't it move away from the hoster? I would like to get the FREE business account without changing my hosting. Is this possible? Using Zoho BCC Dropbox
We are successfully using the BCC to dropbox feature from our gmail accounts. Zoho does a great job of linking these emails to the appropriate customer. However we would like an easy way to see all customer correspondence every day when we log in. Would it be possible for zoho mail to forward all BCC emails back to a short list of approved email accounts? Do you have another solution? How to change backup email used during password request?
Hello! I'm new to Zoho and briefly forgot my password, but when I did my password request, it sent it to my old work email--where I no longer work! I managed to remember my password, but the next time I forget (and I'm a password forgetter, sigh), I want to make sure the request is sent to my other active email. Where can I go to change this? Mail Bounce from one id to other
Our mail is bouncing from our domain capacus.com to another domain xplanck.com. All mails are bouncing, what could be the reason. Both domains work fine for all other emails. Can someone help us out on this.

Can I get a log of bounced outgoing mails?
I'm running into issues sending group emails. When a set of emails are invalid and bounces, Zoho automatically blocks my account when the bounce exceeds 10 mails. I'd like to get a report to see which of the emails bounce so I can update my mailing list. Is there a way for me to do so?

Left zoho but am back...now it will not receive my mail
I had been using zoho for a couple of years, I moved to what I thought was a host I wanted to use. I have three domains that were all pointed to zoho and worked fine. I left my zoho account as it was with no changes. I pointed my mx records away from Zoho to the other host and everything worked fine. No more e mail was arriving at Zoho. I changed my mnd after a few days and decided to repoint the mx records back to Zoho. It was my belief that it would pick up and and continue as it previously was.

When I compose an email from within zoho mail the email signature displays fine. However if somebody sends me an email and I reply to it, there is no email signature. How can I make the signature appear on all emails including replies to emails received?

Delays in receiving emails
As of this morning we are seeing big delays in receiving emails on select accounts on our domain. We can send emails just fine, but some incoming emails are only being received 1-2 hours later. MX records are fine, and no settings in our Outlook have changed any time recently. Can some check mail for zenly.com? Any server delays our outages that are causing this? Thanks!

Not able to view my company logo on the custom login page
Hi, I have already created a subdomain and pointed the cname record to business.zoho.com. When I try accessing my subdomain, it is able to redirect to the zoho custom login page. Address suddenly marked as spam
I was having an email conversation with one of my customers and suddenly stopped receiving emails from her. I figured that she was probably busy. I then realized that she was continuing the conversation but that her emails had for some reason had automatically been marked as spam. It seems strange to me that someone who you are corresponding with would suddenly get marked as spam. How do I keep that from happening in the future?
Incoming disable after i re-enabled some user

We are able to navigate to other websites, but once this appears we must log off and power down the computer and restart in order to access Zoho Mail. Emails hitting size limit
We have Zoho CRM set up so that our Google Apps for Work mail is drawn into Zoho CRM via IMAP. There is size limit per mail account (5GB I think). We've had cases where users hit that limit and mail stops transferring into Zoho. Since the mail function is pretty much a background function, not something where people regularly visit the Emails tab, it's easy to not realize that mail has stopped functioning. Is there some central administrative way to monitor this and to delete old emails for users?
PHP mail()
Hi, My web host by DH with share IP. I used mx.zohomail.com and received in zoho no issue. However, I tested PHP mail() function on my site's mailform and it displays mail has successfully sent. But no email arrived in Recipients account. Please help how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance! Mike
